Unit #407 is an ocean-front, comfortable, stylish, eco-conscious escape that features the newest technologies and conveniences for today's travelers.
The condo is an absolute oceanfront condo with a lanai (balcony) that offers beautiful ocean views. Both bedroom & living room face the beautiful Pacific Ocean, and the condo includes cable tv, and high-speed internet/wi-fi.

This top-floor getaway has too many upgrades to mention, but most recently they include new stainless steel appliances, bathroom-assist grab bars, and luxury flooring.

Hale Kona Kai is a small, boutique complex that features an oceanside, heated saltwater pool, elevator access, community BBQ, and on-site management. Located on a quiet side street, you are just a few blocks from shops, restaurants, and Honl's sand beach.
All condos are non-smoking. Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.

Another fabulous stay in Kona! Casago Kona units never disappoint 
 the condo was *super clean*very well appointed with every single thing we needed (and more!)*QUIET**Incredible view*Comfortable bedThe hosts had superb communication and while we had no issues during our stay, I know if we had they would have been taken care of immediately. We have stayed at this complex three different times and will continue to do so when we visit the island. The location is perfect, the nearby restaurants are all great food, the view exceptional!

Only issue was the lack of hot water a few mornings. Too many folks taking showers, we figured. Also the paperwork we got from Casago said wagon combo was 2003. We were really exhausted carrying a bunch of groceries to 407 without the wagon. In the unit it DID say combo was 2004. We hadn't got there yet to see that. Their template needs to be updated. Loved the grab bars in the shower. The bath needs a pocket door! Love the view.

This was a lovely one-bedroom. The kitchen was well equiped and clean. Garbage and recycling was close. The lanai had a great view of the water, pool, and the cruise ships. The property manager commuicated from the time of my reservation and brought us a second beach chair when I reached out. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

Only The Best‌

Such an amazingly wonderful 3 night day,husband & I enjoyed at this lovely, updated waterfront-condo on the lovely island of Kona. Ocean waves lulled us to sleep. It was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and fully furnished. Ishmael and Dawn were perfect hosts, and they were quick to respond to our communication - this is a place where we definitely plan to return!!

What a Great Place to the Beauty of Hawaii

This is a great place. It is just the right size for people that want to be outside and exploring throughout the day. We loved coffee on the deck watching whales. We used the pool, and we loved the short walk to restaurants. I would definitely return.

Enjoyed staying in Kailua-Kona

Great experience. The air conditioning did not work most of the time, but was eventually corrected. A bit pricey, but what isn't expensive in Hawaii?

Stunning view and easy walk to shops and restaurants

We loved our stay here! The view on the balcony was our favorite part and we loved being able to easily walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. There isn’t much sandy, swim able beach on this part of Kona, so if that’s what you’re looking for I’d look elsewhere. But there is a nice little beach within walking distance that is great to lay out and get your feet wet. The pool is also a great option right next to the ocean!

Great place. Best location ever! Gorgeous view of the ocean from the lanaii! Our only complaint is that cold air kept pouring out of a vent in the bedroom that could not be closed regardless of the air-conditioning setting (even "off"), and it froze us. But that glitch was easily ignored due to the fantastic location and amazing view. And the living area did not get freezing cold like the bedroom.

Great property, great location, great vacation acessories

The property is clean and very well kitted out for a vacation stay. The lounge was very comfortable and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler were a welcome surprise. The property is in a great location for bars and restaurants and other facilities. We would highly recommend this property.

Great location, great lanai view

The location was wonderful, walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. The view was a beautiful view of the waves crashing on rocks and open sea. The condo furnishings are a bit dated, but the refurbished kitchen appliances and flooring are nice. Only problem we had is that the kitchen sink’s water faucet pressure would fade down to nothing at times and since the laundry room is next door, someone got in after hours and the machines were loud one night (maybe overloaded and thumping like off balance). Never did see anyone in the condo’s office. But overall, worth it.

Everything was wonderful. The air conditioning control unit on the wall should should be replaced. You can not read the numbers on the settings due to some of the LED’s being burned out
