Kona Reef will be undergoing a structural and resurfacing project from January 2026 through June 2026.
During this period, guests may experience:

Construction noise (jackhammers, saws, compressors, etc.)
Scaffolding and no lanai access while work is in progress
Limited parking availability at times

For Building B (Opihi Suite is located in building B), work is currently scheduled for January 5 – February 20, 2026.
Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, and dates may shift due to weather or unforeseen repairs.
