    Vackert ombyggd ett sovrum med spektakulär havsutsikt. Erbjuder mycket bekvämt, privat ett välutrustat boende - alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Tänk dig att sitta på din privata lanai under dagen och titta på havet och kanske se delfiner eller valar eller på kvällen tittar på en underbar hawaiisolnedgång och kanske till och med en grön blixt! Inuti är ett välutrustat kök med alla uppdaterade apparater, inlagda golv i hela, central A / C, 2 plattskärms-TV, drottning kudde-säng, stor duschkabin, bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, trådlöst internet och gratis lång avstånd som ringer fastlandet USA och Kanada.

    Casa De Emdeko är ett strandläge komplex beläget på Alii Drive bara 2 miles från centrala Kona. Detta populära komplex har två simbassänger, en oceanfront man gjort stranden och en gemensam är att inkludera matgrillar matbord och en täckt cabana. En pool ligger vid havets kant och en andra klorpool ligger mitt i egenskapen. Det finns ett vackert välskött innergårdsområde med ett brett utbud av tropiska växter, träd, blommor och vattenfunktioner.

    3 nätter, 10 nätter under Ironman och jul. Rökning förbjuden, Inga husdjur Egenskaper. Hawaii skatte-ID: # 157-699-9424-01. Hawaii County införde nyligen en ordning för semesteruthyrning i april 2019, den här egenskapens ansökan godtogs och certifikatet väntar.

    Underhållsmeddelande: Föreningen kommer att renovera torngångar med arbete som är planerat att påbörjas ungefär i juni 2019. Konstruktionsperioden väntas ligga i ca 2½ månader. This condo was the perfect place to stay on the big island! We booked other more expensive accommodations for part of our stay, and regretted not just staying here the whole time! The condo itself is wonderful with great AC and hot water (which is hard to find other places on the island) and you get beautiful sunset views each evening from the deck. The pools and lounge areas are incredible and the community members are so kind. We truly had the best honeymoon here!

Good location

We enjoyed staying here, definitely coming back. Condo in good location, my husband enjoyed salt swimming pool, I enjoyed watching sunset. Condo clean and gated.

Nice ocean view from the lanai. Casa de Emdeko is always a great property. The location and salt water pool are excellent. The unit is compact but reasonably well updated. Certainly has everything that you need. The bed needs to be replaced. It is pretty bad.

Awesome stay!

The condo was wonderful! Beautiful view, great location, very clean, and updated. The kitchen was well stocked and great that they had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler available to use. The communication from the owners before and during our stay was great. Would definitely stay again.

Casa De Emdeko

The gardens, salt water pool, and the common area are what makes this place so special. The view of the ocean from our lanai was great. Location was good, close to everything. This is our second time staying at Casa De Emdeko, and not the last!

First trip to Hawaii

Loved the lanai and view. Very nicely decorated, kitchen had everything we wanted. Wish we’d known there was a cooler and other outdoor items we could use.

Perfect condo

View was beautiful from our lanai. We enjoyed the 2 pools they had on premise. Only thing that was not good was the laundry room, none of the dryers were working.

Great experience!

Property was exactly how it was described and we were not disappointed! Great location and view of the ocean from the lanai. Property was extremely well kept and clean. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Amazing property with perfect sunset view

We really appreciated our time in this condo! The grounds are perfect with two pools, bbq grills and more. The unit was clean and had everything we needed although I thought there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there is just coin-operated laundromat on site. They allowed us a late check-out even. We would definitely stay there again!

Really Nice One Bedroom Apartment south of Kona Town

Great location in this small quiet property right on the water. The unit was super clean. Beautiful views from the Lanai and the bedroom. The people that live there year round were super friendly and welcoming. Two pools, one salt water. Very well cared for grounds. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great stay and wonderful view

This was a terrific location and a well-equipped condo. Comfortable and (shock) some spices in the cupboard. Everything was easy to find and instructions were provided on the electronics to answer any questions.

Had a great stay

Unit was great for the money. Have stayed in the complex before, which is nice location to everything. Unit was very clean, and had pretty decent ocean view. Common bbq grills are great amenity! Unit did not have beach chairs/cooler which would have been nice.

Best Stay Ever!

We had such an amazing stay here! The pictures didn’t do justice. The sunsets were amazing, the community was so nice, and our favorite thing to do was swim in the saltwater infinity pool! The pool heated from the sun all day, so night swims were the best! We also loved using the bbq’s, and watching all the crabs from afar on the rocks, while swimming! There was a gentlemen who blew the conch way the same time for sunset every night, and there was a even a residential women who fed the eels bread from afar, by throwing the bread a distance into the tide pools! So much fun and such a great stay! We cannot wait to come back and stay there again!!!

It was pretty good for price, really not sure how it got a 4.7 overall rating. Honestly a 3.5 seems

Good price and location. Quick response from folks managing the place but not much help as to fun things to do. A coffee maker, some cheap utensils and not much more. Flea market wall decor. Again, good for the money but I'd probably step up a bit and spend a little more and do better. We stayed in a condo in Maui following. A bit more expensive but honestly, you get what you pay for.

Great place to stay

My husband and I really enjoyed the location, right on the water. Great view from the lanai of the sunsets. Comfortable home on the third floor of the complex. There is one elevator available. Thanks for having things like beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels and ice chests available for guest to use. Nice comfortable bed! No sign of critters except the geckos outside. Everything works great inside. We loved the salt water pool and use of grills to use in the courtyard area. We'd highly recommend for 1-2 people.

Uneven walking surfaces around main pool lead to potential issues. Because of property elevation lots of steps involved. The property is non ADA compliant which is stated but not explained are the issues surrounding that non-compliance. I would not recommend for anyone with walking issues.

Nice property

The property and location are good and fairly centrally located. This place is super quiet at night which is so nice!! The ocean was quite rough which was disappointing and spectacular at the same time. It did however mean that the ocean pool was closed for 4 days during our stay. The ocean pool is beautiful and our choice over the main pool. The main pool is not as quiet and requires a little TLC to bring it up to par. The secure parking is a little on the limited side and we often had to park outside of the gate. There are several cars that appear to be parked here long term ( absent owners?) and that ties up some of the spots for the rest. All and all a great spot and we would certainly not hesitate to rent here again.
