       Många älskar den enkla och jämna promenaden, springa eller cykla till det historiska centrum av Kona. (Tips: prova "vagnen" på 2 dollar). Där den ikoniska Black Stone Church och Queens Palace står. Och gott om bra shopping, restauranger, barer, levande underhållning och en livlig marknad för jordbrukare / hantverk i centrum av staden.

    HEMA FRÅN HEM (och gratis trådlöst)
        Din King Studio-lägenhet är en privat slutenhet med central luftkonditionering, gratis Wi-Fi, gratis telefonsamtal till var som helst i U. S. och gated inomhusparkering. Med sina 9 'höga tak och stora Lanai (veranda) är det ganska rymligt. Ett välkomstpaket med tvålar och pappersprodukter gör att de första dagarna är väldigt praktiska.

    En fullständig kök och matbar är utrustad med apparater och redskap. En stor kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och spis med stor ugn, perfekt för matlagning och bakning. Skydds- och förbandsområdet i full längd har en bekväm tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett separat fåfängaområde. Det stora badkaret / duschen har sitt eget privata rum. Lägenheten är tillgänglig för rullstolar.
    Du kommer säkert att spendera mycket tid på Lanai, med dess tropiska trädgård och utsikt över horisonten. Det finns en våt bar med handfat för att skölja dina sandiga badkläder och sandaler av. Och en fin uteplats med fyra stolar för uppfriskande middagar. Tillsammans med ett par fina solstolar.

      Orten är vackert underhållen. Du kan gå i de centrala trädgårdarna med palmer, mango och en bäck med vattenfall och pooler längs din väg. Great accommodations

We stayed for a 3 week vacation. We absolutely loved our stay, and Tom is an amazing person to work with! I definitely recommend staying here if you plan on vacationing in Kailua Kona.

A great base of operations from which to explore the west side of the big island. Plenty of room for 3 people. The full kitchen was a huge plus since there are limited food options within walking distance. Great communication from the host with lots of tips for new visitors to the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was quiet, relaxing, had everything we needed,& in a good location. Tip, the easiest way to find the unit, after entering the parking garage, is to just park outside the unit, and walk up the steps, rather than finding/using the elevators.

So great! Troy was wonderful to help us checkin and the property was beautiful! From the gorgeous gardens in the atrium to the walks on the beach, dips in the pool, and watching the tide pools and waves - Everything was so wonderful! The laundry was a lifesaver! And the beach chairs and umbrella were SO helpful!! But I think my favorite part of the property was the peaceful lanai with the utterly lovely mornings: Birds singing and waves crashing during breakfast - you can’t beat it! Definitely read through the instructions! They helped us avoid any unpleasantness and made our stay filled with stress-free bliss. If I have one suggestion, it would be to put connectors on the sheets so they don’t slip off the mattress. Would 1000% stay here again!! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great overall location. This was my first time using VRBO, and Tom was very helpful with check in. His place had a lot of extras that you wouldn't find in a typical hotel room. We used the kitchen with pans and utensils, the washer and dryer, an extra blanket, and beach towels. Yes, there was also some beach gear provided. We used a cooler that was on property too. The top lid was broken but did the job nonetheless. Very well-stocked condo that is missing only tiny things like salt and pepper. Book through Tom instead of using the hotel/resort website.

Kona Paradise

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed, plenty of space for the two of us, including the most comfortable bed. Very quiet here. Handy to have washer and dryer and nice size kitchen and very bigh covered linea. We would definitely love to come stay in this unit again!

Very clean and nice studio. I really appreciated the full-sized washer-dryer rather than a small stackable unit. All of the other appliances, like the dishwasher and fridge, also were high-end. Gorgeous views of the sunset from the lanai. Royal Sea Cliff all the way around is definitely a nice facility. I really like the location on Alii Drive. It's close enough to town to walk (less than 2 miles) but far enough away that you don't get all of the tourist traffic and congestion.

Perfect location & excellent place to stay

The accomodations at this condo were fabulous and it is in the perfect location. Its close to multiple beaches, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook breakfast and make coffee on days we didnt eat out and especially appreciated having a washer and dryer. The patio has a view of the ocean and it was wonderful waking up and being able to see the view from the bed. The host was wonderful and was extremely responsive to questions we had and even recommended restauants to go to. Definitely recommend!!

Great condo! Stay here!

Our condo was awesome! The nice house cleaner did a great job, the condo was very clean. Has a great lanai with a view. The owner was a treat to deal with and very attentive to any of our needs! The only caution we have is the bed, it’s so comfortable you might not want to get out and start your day!!! 😉 He has everything you’d need for the beach and pool! Stocked nicely and easy load and unload location! Definitely recommend this unit for any couples looking for a beautiful Kona vacation!!!!

Small studio

This is a small studio with a King Bed and a couch that makes a twin bed. The King Bed has 3 inch foam pad on top of mattress which makes so you feel every movement of other person The sheets need upgraded very old and scratchy. Towels are good. Beach towels and toys were great. This is small unit only one chair to watch tv in not in bed. Only about a 2 feet of useable space around bed. Good for only a couple with small child. Not great for 2 adults.

We passes a week,there, to visit the island. Owner was responsive and all indications were clear and detailed. The beach gear is complete and we enjoyed using it. Would recommend the place for anyone who wish a quiet place to rest and chill after visiting some parts of the island

Great stay for a family of 3!

We spent our spring break in Kona and we loved our stay. The unit had everything we needed from linens and towels, to all basic kitchen necessities, to beach must-haves (towels, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc.), to ocean facing lanai where we had every meal, to ocean side pools and BBQ! We were within 10 minute drive of 3 types of beaches that had fun waves, awesome snorkeling, or a calm lagoon with watercraft rentals. Tom was available and attentive! We'd love to come back!
