Amazing property,clean quiet - perfekt choice for our holiday. Check in was easy,parking space outside the gate was perfect for us. Beautiful pool area,quiet at night - everything was so nice that we didn't want to leave.

Amazing stay!

Great place, totally recommended and would stay again! The pools and private beach were awesome (love the quiet rules!). Condo had everything we needed and more- towels, chairs, toiletries, kitchen stuff, cooking basics. Bus stop is across the street, we walked to town a lot but recommend a car if you want to explore the island.. Good communication from host. Mahalo!

Wonderful condo!

Very ckean, well supplued condo in a good location. Quiet. Very goodcommunication with owner with goodinstructions on gate and home access codes. Air conditioning and washer/dryer and apoliances all worked well.Highly recommend.

Kona Paradise

Have stayed many condos on the Islands. This by far the best. Had back problem. Daily swims in both Ocean pool and fresh pool healed me. Condo everything you might need to enjoy paradise gorgeous sunsets every night. Hope to come again.

Our week on Kona

This unit had everything we needed and more. There were spices for cooking and all the cooking items you would need. The refrigerator and cupboards included food items left from previous guests. This was extremely helpful. The unit was immaculate which I really appreciated. There were lots of bedding and towels. We used the sofa bed as well as the master bed. It was very comfortable for one adult. If we come again I would like the same unit.

Picture Perfect

First time in Hawaii. Sunsets are fantastic here. Flowers literally falling from trees. Salt water pool fed by ocean waves is amazing. If you can’t relax here, then you can’t relax.

Great condo

Our 2 week stay was fantastic. The condo was amazingly comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed being on the first floor. We were able to enjoy the patio garden sunshine, easily walk to and from the pools. The salt water pool was the best surprise, so warm and ocean like! Parking was always available. The atmosphere was upbeat, people mingling in the bbq area yet quiet and relaxing. We were able to walk into Kona town and find great restaurants and shopping quite easily.

Great condo and great location.

My wife and I spent a week here for our anniversary. Our plans were to explore the island with a rental car and have a place to unwind at the end of busy days and Joe’s condo was the perfect place for just that. Its a great size for 2 people. Its not a ritzy upscale resort (which we were trying to avoid), it felt like home after a few nights. We loved it. We will forever have memories of our time in Hawaii. If we make it back some day we know where we want to stay. Thanks Joe! Pros: - Centrally located on a main road near many beaches, restaurants and shopping centers. - Just a few steps out of the Lanai and you get an unbelievable view of the coast and sunset! - 2 pools to relax in after exploring the island. - All the amenities we needed between the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. - Air conditioning if you need it, cable TV, internet. - Pretty quiet for being on such a busy street. Cons: - The only thing that took away from our experience was the unfortunate luck of having a family above our unit that was very noisy into the night. We could here every footstep. Not much we can do about that.

The condo was perfect inside and out. The kitchen and bath was well stocked, Bed was very comfortable. Awesome beach items. The exterior was amazing. The beach side pool next to the ocean was my favorite. We also grilled dinner and ate several breakfasts watching and hearing the waves along with the birds and lit tiki torches I will stay here when I return. I don’t think there is a better place to stay at on this beautiful island. Mahalo.

A Piece of Paradise

My wife and I stayed Casa Joe's property March 4th - 12th and had an amazing stay. Literally 10 seconds to the fresh water pool, so great for refills! The property is so lucious with plants, you really feel like your in a jungle. The condo itself has loads of room for two and all the furniture is very comfortable, especially the recliner. It has a very well stocked kitchen and I suggest you arrive first and take a look at what's there before going grocery shopping. There is a lot of butter right now! The beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, along with a cooler make beach trips so easy. My only complaint was the pillows. They were too soft for me....but you'll be happy to know there is a new king size firm pillow waiting for you on your next trip courtesy of me. Joe, thanks for providing a great place to rest and relax. We will return! Steve and Sandi

Perfect stay in Kona

Location close to everything - food, beaches, hikes. Wonderul amenities - oceanview salt water pool with a view of gorgeous sunsets, access to bbq grills. Fully equipped kitchen, inhouse laundry. Calm and relaxing place - couldnt ask for anything more. Thank you Joe!

Amazing location!

We had a great holiday. The condo overall was ok. Disappointed with the living room sofa/ futon, so worn out It was beyond sitting on let alone able to sleep on it. My friend and I had to share the queen bed which was just as old even though they put a foamy on it this did not help at all. The towels have a terrible sour Odor. We had to purchase toilet paper and wash out the fridge before getting groceries as there was orange sticky stuff on the shelves. The beach chairs are broken (bought 2 at Target) and we didn’t use anything else because it was too unorganized to dig through the out door cupboards . The shower curtain needs to be replaced. It has a terrible moldy odor. Everything else was livable. This is not our first trip to the island and certainly won’t be the last. But it will be the last time we stay at this condo.

Respite in Paradise

This condo was PERFECT for our trip to Kona. Located close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and downtown beaches - and the view from the pool area is wonderful! We enjoyed every single sunset full of pure joy. The condo was clean and comfortable. I would book here again for sure!
