VĂ„r lĂ€genhet erbjuder allt du behöver för att ha en trevlig semester i paradiset. The condo Ă€r vackert inredda. Comfy slipcovered soffa, inomhus och utomhus. Nya sĂ€ngklĂ€der, fluffiga handdukar. Även en uppsĂ€ttning klĂ€dnader! Du kan titta pĂ„ havet och bergen medan du kopplar av i king size-sĂ€ngen. Badrummet har en duschkabin för enkel Ă„tkomlighet. Det öppna köket och vardagsrummet öppnar till lanai. Köket Ă€r vĂ€lfyllt med allt du behöver. En ny tvĂ€ttmaskin och torktumlare lĂ€gger till enhetens bekvĂ€mlighet. Detta lilla oceanfront-komplex Äterspeglar den gamla Hawaii stilen med vÀl underhÄllna, underbara grunder och alla bekvÀmligheter i hemmet. Detta sÀkra, sÀkra komplex har en bra grillplats med picknickbord dÀr mÀnniskor samlas för vÀnlig konversation eller att titta pÄ solnedgÄngen och njuta av middag. Poolen Àr uppvÀrmd och omgiven av solstolar och bord. Great location and well appointed unit. While repairs are being done to Unit C stair towers, they are desperately needed for Unit E stair towers also. Metal brackets anchoring posts as well as framing angles that support beams are extremely corroded.

Christine was great, responsive. Loved the oceanfront view! The condo is very comfortable, simple but tastefully decorated. The bed was great! And it had all the beach gear we needed. Would stay here again.

my onEverything was perfect! From sunset views, to the moon shining in at night! My wife cried because she had to leave. Perfect spot away from the crowds but not so far away it required a long drive to go out. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at this condo! Super clean, well-appointed, and in a perfect location. The sunsets every evening were absolutely stunning, and the condo was so comfortable it felt like home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My partner is having some health issues that limited our ability to leave the property as much as we normally would. He was so happy to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean on the days he couldn’t leave. We saw dolphins several times from the lanai and the sunsets were gorgeous. When he would nap during the day the beach out front was a great place for me to sit and read. You can hear the waves all the time but especially at night. We both slept so well, the bed is very comfy. It’s a cozy space but we felt very comfortable for the two weeks we were there. It’s an older complex but the grounds are well maintained, the grills are the best ones I’ve ever seen in Hawaii! We would stay again, happily.

Best VRBO, hands down!

This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. What you see is what you get, which isn’t always the case! It was VERY clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Fresh flowers were waiting on the counter for us when we arrived. (Your cleaners do a great job!) AC units cool the rooms quickly. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Comfy bed and soft sheets. You can tell these folks care about their condo, because they use it too. LOCATION: We had a hard time choosing a location on the island, it’s so big with so much to do. But, I would 100% recommend this area. No swimmable beach out front, but you basically need to be at a big resort for that. The island is big (duh), and you are going to want to see it all anyway. Hop in that jeep. Incredible coffee with views is 15 minutes away (Sacred Grounds, Coffee Shack). Snorkel at two-step, and then find a beach to crash on for some afternoon sun. That’s how you Big Island!!

The view

The view is worth going up and down on the stairs for the 3rd floor. The sunsets are amazing from your balcony. The sounds of the ocean through out the condo.the condo is very clean and had everything you need for the beach to the pool. The bed is comfortable . I would highly recommend this condo.

Incredible week in Kona!!

Exactly as we anticipated our stay to be! Condo was clean, the owner incredibly responsive, right on the water where you can enjoy golden hour every night from your own private lanai! Easy short distance to Kona and some fantastic restaurants. Complex is quiet and relaxing and the grounds and pool were immaculate. Chairs and umbrellas both at the pool and also down on the sand near the water where you can relax and snooze with the sea and a great book! Thanks Christine for a fantastic stay in paradise- we will be back!!

30th wedding anniversary trip

I don’t want to sell the fantasy stay that we had because selfishly I want to rebook this unit and have a yearly vacation on this magical island on this magical property so close and convenient to everything we’ve been to Hawaii many times so we wanted a stay one place enjoy the surroundings and be in the sun and that is what we did on this place is perfect!

Fabulous Location

Very enjoyable stay and we loved the convenient location to town. The small quiet complex and well-kept grounds were perfect. The view from the unit was incredible! We loved having breakfast and relaxing in the evenings on the lovely lanai. Saw a large pod of whales on our first morning right from the lanai. A great unit for 2 people. I hope to return on my next trip to Kona. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Location is outstanding

You can’t beat the views from this third floor corner unit, the lanai was a treat any time of day or night. AC worked well when we needed it at night. Kitchen was well stocked, instruction book clear and communication with owner great. The remodel is now dated, and a bit worn out. The mattress needs to be replaced and the fridge didn’t work, which we discovered the day after we had loaded it with groceries. Thankfully there was a small fridge in the condo we could use. Owner was in the process of getting a replacement fridge. Unit was clean but needs a deep clean (screen in the shower, dusting light fixtures, grout, etc. )The grounds and pool are excellent, loved the lounge area on the “beach” and pool. Overall, we expected a bit more for the price, based on our many previous Vrbo rentals.

Loved our stay!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was the perfect spot to hang out in between events. The lanai was an absolute gem and the perfect spot to catch a sunset. The pool was refreshing and the grounds were fabulous. We would definitely stay again!
