Ananasprinsenspalatset har 1246 kvadratmeter med två sovrum och ett stort loft. Den nedre sovrummet och gästrummet har king size-sängar och TV. Det stora sovrummet har ett eget badrum med dusch och det finns en andra nere badrum med dusch. Loftet har en queen size-säng och ett badrum med dusch. Både matbordet och lanai bordssätet sex. Takfläktar finns i alla rum, inklusive köket och två av badrummen. En luftkonditionering enhet finns i gäst sovrummet, sovrummet och i vardagsrummet.

Den rymliga 234 kvadratfot lanai har utsikt över 18th fairway på Kona Country Club Ocean Course. Den 18: e gröna och 10: e teen är fullt synliga. Havsutsikten är 180 grader och inkluderar Keauhou Bay. Lanan vetter mot väster för en alltid spektakulär solnedgång. Leta efter den gröna blixten!

Privat och tyst men väl beläget. Enkel promenad till Keauhou Shopping Center med en stormarknad, affärer och restauranger inklusive ön favorit, Sam Choys. En halv mil promenad tar dig till Kahaluu Beach Park, en fantastisk snorkling vik med färgglada fisk och havssköldpaddor. Ännu närmare är historiska Keauhou Harbor, födelseplatsen för Hawaii längsta regeringsmonark, Kamehameha III. Denna lägenhet innehåller sex strandhanddukar och en kylare för gästanvändning.

Beläget på Ali'i Drive erbjuder det en lugn kustväg direkt in i Kailua-Kona byn. I en hast hoppar Kamehameha III Road direkt in på statsvägen 11 för en resa till Costco, Walmart eller tillträde runt ön.

Faciliteterna inkluderar din egen privata propangas BBQ på Lanai. Det finns bara 116 enheter i komplexet men det finns tre pooler och två tennisbanor och en är också inställd för pickle-ball. The map location shown was inaccurate and misleading as it showed a location further off the road. I would not have chosen this location if I had known where it really was.

This condo was an easy space to live in for the 5 adults in our group. The view is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked which was a pleasant surprise. However, all the knives were excessively dull which is a bad accident waiting to happen. Smaller stemless wine glasses would be a welcome addition as the current wine glasses are large and need hand washed. Please post the golf course mowing schedule as they start mowing on the 18th green at 4ish in the morning. Knowing the mowing schedule guests can close the doors and windows and use the air conditioning for the night.

Absolutely ideal in every way.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It was spacious, fully stocked with everything you could need and in a great location for golfing, shopping and eating. David with Kona Coast was an added bonus; so helpful and available. We will never book anywhere else on the BI.

A perfect place for 3 couples

We loved out stay at this property. There are 3 separate areas for sleeping. 2 rooms with King beds and the loft is a queen. Each have a full shower only bathroom. The lani is a perfect size with a BBQ and stunning views. The gold course was fairly busy but quiet. The Kitchen is fully equip and then some. We celebrated a birthday and they had a cupcake tray for baking. The location is about 15 mins drive from down town, but has a full grocery store, drug store, shops and a movie theatre just a block away. We would stay here again for sure. Before our arrival I sent a box of things so that we could just use carry on luggage and easily pick it up at their wear house about 30 mins away. The home was very clean upon our arrival. There are some beach chairs and toys too.

Kona Coast Gem

Spacious, well appointed and a beautiful view (including sunset). The kitchen had everything you could want to cook with as far as cookware. There where even some spices, olive oil and vinegar! Separate bathrooms and bedrooms that were plenty big. Comfy beds. I'd go back.

Kona Country Club Stay

Very nice view overlooking golf course and out to the ocean. Very quiet with access to 3 pools. Well stocked kitchen. We did have issues with accessing live TV but mostly figured it out. Comfortable beds. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well positioned to accommodate 2 couples, and a 3rd couple could have used the 3rd bedroom with their own bathroom in the loft as long as they didn't have mobility issues. Even provided beach equipment and a cooler for excursions.

Get Away in Kona

We visited as a family of three for my son’s 13th birthday in Hawaii. We truly enjoyed the home but found cleaning to be lacking in floors. I spent a long time cleaning floors as our feet were all black after following the “no shoes” house rules. The furnishings are nice but needed deep cleaning. The appliances were nice too but lacking the deep cleaning our family is accustomed to in houses of this price point. Overall, after cleaned, we loved our visit and staff was superb in meeting our needs!

Love staying at Country Club Villas. We've stayed at a few of these condos and this is one of the nicest. Lots of space and great location. Love the pool and hot tub area.

Nice decor and all the conveniences of home - but with a beautiful view!

Beautiful, well appointed condo with comfortable beds and furniture The view is lovely although at this time of year the sun sets right behind the tree out front so we walked up to the pool to watch the sunset. The road noise was a bit louder and continuous than I expected and there was a lot of early morning grounds-keeping activity at the golf course. But with the nice AC we could keep the windows shut at night and not be bothered in the morning by the noise.

Family Vacation 2020

There were 5 of us, the place was very spacious and comfortable. Great views of the ocean. We had some issues with a couple of lawn chairs and coolers being old and torn, not useable and the one air conditioner leaking water but all in all we had a great stay and would go back again!

Well Supplied Condo with Conscientious Owner

The condo was very well equipped with cooking gear, kitchen supplies and lots of extras you wouldn't expect including labeled light switches. Boogey boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, ice chests, laundry baskets and soap, and a nice bar-b-cue. The tile floors aren't real clean but are hard to get clean. Dishes and utensils were not clean but they never are so it all got a run through the dishwasher before use to be sterile. Nice dishwasher and refrigerator-almost new. The sliding door is very hard to open and close. I got the sliding screen repaired so it slides way better but the door needs work. Comfortable beds, towels smell nice, tons of clean linens and beach towels are provided. Nice pool with warm water! Quiet complex with few kids around-no noisy ones anyway. Parking is tight and limited for visitors but no problems for us. Store is close and can be walked to. Super view and sunsets! Walk to the ocean, scuba and snorkeling very close. We really enjoyed our stay here for 9 days with few problems and few needs that were not provided by the very particular owner. Mikasa dishwater and nice quality cookware. The water tastes funny but seems to be the same everywhere on the island. The filtered faucet is disconnected. We were impressed the owner tried hard to set the place up with everything needed as if she was staying there herself. No need to paint when the single roll of complimentary toilet paper runs out the first night. There was an ample supply for 2 people for 9 days on hand upon arrival and we appreciate that. Could have used a second roll of paper towels. All in all a very nice place and we will stay there again no question and recommend it to friends and family. Drying rack on deck was a blessing. Passing golfers in carts on the fairway below was entertaining--especially the guy in the rain with his daughter who was not having a good time. Despite the "manual" saying there is no recycling there actually is in the trash shack so set a bag aside for plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Again, the owner clearly tries really hard to provide a super nice fully equipped condo. You can't help but enjoy your stay here!

Impressive views

The property of the complex is great! Three pools to choose from. All kept clean. The condo it self was fabulous. Tile through out. Nice and clean. Well equipped with things for the beach towels, chairs and coolers. The sunsets from the lanai are breath taking. Condo was close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great place.

Country Club Villa 302 Keauhou Kona

More like a condo than a villa 302 is nicely furnished and with an amazingly well stocked large kitchen. Came with my husband, but the three bedrooms can accommodate six. At the end of October the weather still in the high 80’s, would have preferred the cooler Winter, but great for beach goers. Plenty of games and beach toys. We had problems with the outdated air conditioners, but Kona Coast Vacations promptly replaced them. Very impressive and responsive management. Very comfortable three level, tight spiral staircase, to large loft bedroom, no A/C up there. Stairs could be challenging for someone with mobility problems. Would recommend staying here.

Holiday during IM in Kona

The location of the appartment is perfect, the view on the golf course and the ocean are beautiful and the sunset is extraordinary. The appartment is spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. The only disappointment was that the kitchen was not very clean and the dishes were even dirty. Also the dishwasher didn't work and unfortunately couldn't be repaired during our stay.

Excellent condo

We felt completely spoiled staying in this condo. There were 3 pairs of adults and we all had our own room, own air conditioning and own bathroom. The condo was immaculate and spacious and had so many extras. We noticed the first day there was no kettle (I'm a tea drinker) and when we contacted the management company, they bought us one the same day and brought it. We would love to stay here again sometime

Perfect Location & Great Condo!

We were nicely surprised to find the condo looks "in person" exactly as it appears in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and a perfect location to where we wanted to be... 5 minutes to the beach! The beds were comfortable... a big plus!

Too many issues

The property was exactly as decribed and our Concierge was amazing. Unfortunately our 10 day stay was inconvienced with water line repair in the upstairs bathroom wall, the lanai being re-painted, and the clothes dryer not working properly. Definitely not what you expect or want to happen on a vacation. Considering what we paid to stay it was not worth it, nor were we compensated for any of the inconveniences.

Fantastic experience

The ammendities were fabulous. We loved having drinks on the Lanai while watching the sunset over the ocean. Waking up and drinking coffee on the Lanai while planning our day was quite enjoyable as well. Love this place!
