Your Own Tropical Retreat

One of the highlights of this condo is the spacious screened wraparound lanai, offering a comfortable extension of the living space and a wonderful place to enjoy Kona's tropical climate. Start your morning with locally grown Kona coffee, curl up with a good book in the afternoon, or relax in the evening after a day of snorkeling and exploring the island.
Inside, you'll find a bright, comfortable layout with a full kitchen, dining area, and inviting living space, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and feel at home.
The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests:
Primary bedroom: King bed, large closet, and direct lanai access
Guest bedroom: Queen bed plus twin daybed
Screened lanai: Additional twin daybed

Comfort & Air Conditioning
For added comfort, the condo is equipped with a split air conditioning system. The AC is automatically included with your reservation for an additional nightly fee.
If you prefer to enjoy Kona's tropical breezes and ceiling fans without air conditioning, just let us know. We'll turn off the AC for your stay and remove the nightly AC fee from your reservation.

The Kona Trolley (Hele-On Route 201) travels between Keauhou and Kailua-Kona along Aliʻi Drive, providing a convenient transportation option for reaching beaches, restaurants, shopping, and downtown Kona.
If you plan to venture farther out and explore more of the Big Island—including its beaches, coffee country, waterfalls, and Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park—a rental car is recommended.
