Välkommen till ditt vackert inredda Hawaiian hideaway med utsikt över Stilla havet så långt ögat kan se. Denna lägenhet på andra våningen i en lägenhet i det populära Kona Reef-komplexet har extra fönster för att ta in alla de spektakulära landskapen från köket, vardagsrummet och lanai.

Kona Reef F11 är ljus och luftig med uppgraderingar som granitbänkskivor, kvalitetsskåp, golvplattor och trägolv. Kona Reef F11 har även luftkonditionering, trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, kabel och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Den inbjudande sovrumssuiten har egen tv, takfläkt och utsikt över bergen, samt ett badrum med duschkabin med glasflod. Enheten har också ett fullt utrustat kök med sittplatser, tillsammans med ett rymligt och bekvämt vardagsrum och matplats.

Vardagsrummet på Kona Reef F11 strömmar ut till en privat lanai, där gästerna kan njuta av sitt morgonkaffe, njuta av en lugn lunch, eller som sover över en friluftsmiddag medan man stirrar på havet. Kona Reef-samhället erbjuder också en oceanfront, uppvärmd, saltvattenpool, samt ett spa, grillmöjligheter och gott om säker parkering.

En kort väg genom trädgårdarna leder till fantastisk, sandig Honl's Beach. Strax söder om staden är Kona Reef en kort en-promenad promenad från alla restauranger, nattliv och shopping på den berömda Alii Drive. Snorkling, vandring, solnedgångskryssningar, manta ray dyk, turer med kaffe gård, historiska platser, ridning och andra äventyr ligger också i närheten av detta idealiskt semestermål.

Kona Reef F11 apartment was perfect - location with lovely sea view, large balcony, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, easy walking distance to restaurants. Communication for check-in and check-out was easy and clear. Everything was exactly as described; highly recommend.

Great place for everything. You can walk to just about anywhere.

Well spent a lot of time in the room. We both caught really bad colds. Still did some things. If we ever come back we’re renting this condo again. Thank you for letting us use your place.

Great location

This place was great! Super walkable to restaurants, shops and bars. We spent most of our days exploring the island, returning “home”, and then walking over to get dinner, drinks, or anything we realized we needed from the convenient store. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, ac was lovely, and the washer and dryer were very convenient. Watching the sun go down just feet from the ocean on the loungers on the grass was so relaxing, and the jacuzzi and pool were a nice luxury before calling it a night. Would definitely book again, miss it already so much!

Great location

We loved our stay, the location was great to walk into town. Great restaurants close by to sit and relax by the ocean. The condo was clean and met our needs for the long weekend. We had a rental car to go explore the island during the day, but enjoyed walking into town for dinner and drinks in the evenings.

Excellent Location

The property's location is excellent. It's within walking distance from the shops yet far enough away to not be caught up in all the commotion. It's also right next to a little beach. The communication with the management was excellent. They were very accommodating and provided a nice welcome basket. The check-in process was also very easy. The only knock is the cleanliness could have been.a bit better.

Beautiful View

The ocean view was really spectacular and the condo was very clean. There is some significant road noise from Ali’i drive, especially in the bedroom. Parking was convenient and there is an elevator nearby.

Exceptional location!

We loved our stay at Kona Reef Condos! The location was excellent with a short walk to coffee and dinner in the morning, and the beach around the corner. This unit in particular has exceptional views and really enjoyed sitting on the lanai drinking wine and watching the boogie-boarders while the sun set. The unit is a bit dated but comfortable and had everything we needed. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast each morning and enjoyed eating out on the lanai. The bed was comfortable and the AC and fan were a lifesaver to keep us cool while we slept. The unit has various beach chairs, snorkle gear, umbrella and cooler. The umbrella was a life-saver when we went to Hanapa Beach for the day. The cooler was a bit small and "well used" (has lost the zelcro to stay closed) but kept our snacks cold while we traveled the island. We attempted to use the fins to swim at Honl Beach next door (which is quite rocky and water shoes would be good to use), but the back strap was broken. The condo was easy to find, easy to access, and we had no issues during our stay. It was a big bonus to have the washer/dryer in unit (as compared to staying at a hotel). Oh, and the pool is also a really nice bonus! All in all, really enjoyed our stay!

Nice condo with a GREAT view

Condo was excellent and the listing description was accurate. The ocean view from the Lanai is incredible. Only comment is that something needs to be done with the vacant property on the north side of the complex. The specific unit is a bit difficult to locate oinitially

Great Condo, Beautiful View!

The condo had AC in both living room and bedroom, all expected amenities and a very easy, contactless check-in process. The parking is tight at the location and can fill up quickly in the evenings. While the condo is in walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Kailua, there is an abandoned lot between the condo and that "boardwalk" area - as well as a nice little beach on the other side of the condo - that there seems to be some homeless congregating. That being said, they were all friendly or kept to themselves and were very respectful of the beach and giving people space, so we never felt unsafe (but certainly locked the vehicle and left nothing in it!) There were some residents of the condos that blew conchs every evening for sunset and who also had a group sunrise yoga and meditation on the beach next door. Very nice community and the pool/grill/waterfront grounds were kept immaculate! We were a little disappointed with the check-out only because the cleaning company hired by the property management showed up between 7:45-8am and started banging on the door (we had a late night flight and planned to sleep in and stay until our 10am checkout). When we answered the door, they wanted to know if we would be leaving soon. We explained our checkout was 10am and we planned to stay until then and they kept pressing to know if we would leave sooner. It was a very uncomfortable and unnecessary disturbance on the last day of our Honeymoon! But otherwise, it was wonderful!

Great condo!

We stayed at Kona Reef F11 for a week and it was perfect. The condo has everything you might need. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the living room and bedroom works great! The view from the lanai is awesome and we spent every morning out there with our coffee. We will definitely be back!

Great location, beautiful views, a few glitches.

The rental was as described- great view, close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent in this complex again but not this rental. Two major downfalls- no air conditioning in bedroom so we had to use noisy fans and crank down the air in the living room to be comfortable at night. We could not fully close the windows in the bathroom so we constantly reminded each other to close the bathroom door to keep the cooling in the bedroom. So the bathroom was always warm. And the slider to go to the patio sticks after opening about a foot. I tried to shut it and pulled and pulled. I was pulling with my hand and it quickly released and smashed my hand into the frame while closing. Thank goodness there were no broken bones in my hand - just sore for awhile. My husband finally figured out we had to push from the bottom of the slider in order to close it safely. This should be fixed immediately or someone is going to get hurt! We liked the patio but could not sit there from 3 til sundown because the sun was so intense. The parking in this complex is a bit of a struggle especially if you come in after dark. There are two covered parking lots which are very tight and two outdoor lots which are always full at night. There is an option of parallel parking on the street. Traffic in this area is crazy so we had to turn right most of the time and find an alternative route or a turnaround.

less then expected for the cost

Sliding glass door I could not open and my husband got caught in it using such force caused a bad cut to his arm. Coffee machine made just a big mess, toaster you have to hold down to toast. The communication was not clear, we went to try to check in early but did not realize that "the office personal" could not help us so we waited around for hours for someone to see if we could check in early. We ended up buying our own toilet paper - what was supplied was not up to even a 3 star experience.

Beautiful!

The space was just as pictured except for the view. No picture could do that justice. It’s just too beautiful. You will have to see for yourself. Getting up in the morning and watching the surfers play in the waves was amazing! Very short walk to the town but far enough away to be quiet. Overall this was a magical stay in beautiful Hawaii. We will be back!

Breathe taking view

The view every morning was absolutely amazing. The kitchen and bathroom was updated and nice. It would have been nice to have had an air conditioner in the bedroom, but everything else was great. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool was always nice at the end of the day.

Kona Reef F11

Loved the condo and the property. Perfect location to enjoy Kona. There is no on site manager for this unit. Just use the pass code, at the time your contract states. Property is clean. Next to a nice beach. Kona town is an easy stroll.
