Om du drömmer om att tillbringa en Hawaii-semester med utsikt över Stilla havet från ett fantastiskt bostadsrätt, dröm inte mer. Dina två sovrum, två bad villa med utökat loft väntar. Vila på den 18: e farleden i Kona Country Club, har detta nyrenoverade och renoverade hem utsikt över det glittrande vattnet i den vackra Keauhou Bay. Den har två sovrum med sovrum med king size-sängar, tv-apparater och luftkonditionering. My favorite part was waking up early and looking out at the ocean. A few times located whales with the binoculars. The view was amazing. The condo was clean and had several kitchen items that was useful, such as a blender for smoothies, some spices, well-stocked.

Our group of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. My husband loved the mattress in the downstairs master bedroom. He wants to know what it is so we can get one for our home, lol. The view is amazing. We loved our kick back mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the tranquility of the ocean view and the golfers. The pools were lovely as well. The only negative was the itty bitty teeny tiny little bugs/ants that were crawling on the pots and pans in the cabinet/drawer. They were so small. If you weren't paying attention, you may not even see them. That's how small they were. We had never seen such small ant-like bugs. But it's Hawaii where you expect to come across bugs and geckos, lol. We just washed the pans before using and went on with our day. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and will! We truly loved it!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a beautiful area and the house was very spacious. Not only that they had a lot of helpful items included with the stay(beach gear, cooking oils/seasoning, etc.) we miss this little place on the island everyday since we got back home.

Great Kona vacation

This condo was perfect with 3 king beds and 3 baths for 2 couples and two teens. It overlooked the ocean and we watched the sun set every evening. We even saw whales! It was very quiet at night and within walking distance of beaches and groceries.

Relax and Enjoy

This property is very clean and taken care of for a relaxing vacation. It has all accommodations that are needed to enjoy your stay. The Lanai is a perfect place to relax from a day out on the Island and what a view to enjoy. Would not hesitate to come back again!

Good location

The condo was nice. It was clean and decorated nicely. The lanai was awesome and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The pools were very nice. My only complaint was that I specifically asked to be notified if the condo was ready sooner than 4:01 PM (we arrived to Hawaii at 9:30 AM) no one called and I literally couldn’t unlock the door till 4:01 PM

Noisy golf course maintenance Bombarded with golf balls hitting the unit and lanai BBQ did not work until handyman reconnected burners Tv did not work properly until handyman reworked stations search program Refrigerator was set so low initially our food froze on top shelf first night had to have handyman help us reset temps which were unreadable standing in front of refrigerator First three days were a terrible start to a 23 day rental Won’t be back or recommend CC.villas but the view offset much of our criticisms

The PERFECT Place

If you need a beautiful, well-equipped condo, this is your spot. Amazing view, great location. Walking distance to shopping center and beaches. This condo has just about everything you need- kitchen/cooking stuff, beach stuff, etc. We had six people and were very comfortable. Beds, seating, lanai are all awesome.

Awesome Condo with Great Views

We all loved our stay, the condo was very clean and comfortable with the multiple AC units. We had really good communication with the property manager and the concierge service they provide was a nice added bonus to help us book excursions. The condo was fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, sun screen, umbrellas, beach towels, games etc. We ran out of propane the first night but they had an extra tank ready to go. Dishes were clean and appliances worked well. The view of the golf course and the ocean from the balcony really makes the place a great rental. The only downside is the road/highway to and from town is gridlock all the time, but this is in no way a reflection of the rental itself. Thank you for hosting us.

Ideal Villa for Our Ironman Stay

This was a great place to stay for the Ironman World Championship. Close to grocery shopping and Longs Drugs and easy access to the Queen K and Kuikini or if we wanted to drive along Ali’i. We didn’t use the Kona Trolley but it was close by if we wanted to use that transport option. We appreciated the king size beds and AC in all the bedrooms and it was nice for 4 adults. The view from the balcony was relaxing and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening. The pool had a spectacular view of the ocean and the property itself had beautiful foliage and flowers throughout. We had a wonderful trip to the Big Island and look forward to returning soon. Mahalo!

Best location

Best beautifully remodeled unit. AC even in the loft. Great views and the best for morning walks to the bay. Really awesome trail to a gorgeous cove just 3/4 mile from the unit. Minutes to a little shopping center. Short drive to town, snorkeling beaches, yummy Black Rock pizza in Captain Cook and so much more. It’s our second time at this location and this unit was the best by far. Three pools and hot tubs are perfect for evening swims after days at the beach or out exploring the island. Property is managed exceptionally well. We had a precious flying squirrel stuffed animal left behind and they reached out so my brother could pick it up and so it home! Mahalo for everything!

Amazing condo in Kona

This property was amazing, beautifully decorated along with EVERYTHING you might need. Our family of 5 enjoyed every minute here. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning made the condo nice and cool, which is necessary in June, and we had everything we needed to make meals here. Will definitely stay here again when we return.
