Partial Ocean View Condo in Center of Kailua Kona

My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.

It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Lanai faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.

If you want to stay in we have a full kitchen including a fridge, oven, cook top, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and even a rice cooker.

There is a 3 guest maximum in my property, We have a king sized bed in the Bedroom and a 12 inch inflatable twin bed (it is actually quite comfortable).

Aside from Laundry and pool out of commission the unit was very accommodating and comfortable. Fresh fruit and plush linens were nice. After the Kona low storm which brought heavy rains nand wind it was understandable.

There were so many great things about this stay. The parking was easy to access with a designated parking spot. From the parking lot, there is a secure elevator that took us up to the third floor with only four steps to navigate with our luggage. The third four balcony overlooked a peaceful, fairly private church complex with a beautiful ocean view. There was air conditioning available, but we did not need it with the windows opened. I have not slept so well in a long time and loved waking up with the birds. The king size bed was so comfortable! The condo was wonderfully located allowing us to walk to restaurants and happy hours which were just a block towards the beach. We also drove everywhere on the island from this location which was very easy to do. The day trips to explore the island were fantastic! Everything was clean, in working order, and well stocked with extra towels and paper products in the closets. We made good use of the beach supplies and Laury answered any questions that I had concerning our stay and was extremely prompt and helpful. We would love another stay!

The stay was great everything just right exactly the same in the pic , the location is wonderful surrounding by many shops and Restaurants just walking like 2 mins to get to the shore and Alii Drive where the shops and restaurants and bar as well, the Condo is very clean and full of many good amenities for the beach and it has nice balcony with ocean view such an amazing view , I highly Recommending and the host was very helpful and easy check in and check out process.

The host was very communicative and provided detailed instructions. There was some confusion in the check-in process when we were unable to get into our room. The host stopped by and was able to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. The property is clean and very well located and we were able to prepare meals easily. Onsite laundry facilities were easy to use worked well. Excellent stay overall and highly recommended.

This condo isn't fancy, but it is clean and nice and located within walking distance of EVERYTHING. We had a nice partial view of the ocean and enjoyed walking to the beach every day of our stay. Our interactions with the owner were easy and uncomplicated. It was a great value.

The check in and instructions were clear and easy, and Laury (owner) was very nice and quickly responsive to my messages. The place is super close to all kinds of shops and restaurants, good area to take a stroll and look around. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, and more. I was only there 3 days, but it was a good stay. There was plenty of beach gear (which I did use) but you need to search and drive a bit for sand beach. Very pleasant to be near ocean, either way.

A wonderful home away from home!

Laury was super communicative, and their apartment is centrally located (walking distance to the shops around town) with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is fully equipped with beach, kitchen, and entertainment stuff - you name it. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Great little beach condo

Kona week

The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was pretty good, exactly what the manager said was a partial view of the water. Coffee on the Lani every morning was very relaxing and pleasant.
