  • Kom och njut av vårt lilla paradisstycke i ett av de vackraste komplexen i Kona. Ligger bara en mil söder om staden Kailua-Kona på Alii Drive. Enheten, 1204, ligger på andra våningen i byggnad 1, den bästa byggnaden i komplexet med havsutsikt från båda sidor.

    Detta har ett fullt utrustat kök som innehåller en spis, kylskåp med ismaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vardagsrummet / matsalen har en 48 tums plattskärms-TV med DVD-spelare och kabel-TV. Sittplats för 4 vid matbordet inomhus och plats för 4 vid lanai bordet. Det stora sovrummet har en deluxe king size-säng med eget badrum och Lanai. Gäst sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar med tillgång till det andra badrummet. Havsutsikt och ljud kan höras tydligt från båda sovrummen. Alla handdukar och sängkläder tillhandahålls samt en hårtork, strykjärn och strykbräda. Enheten har 6 strandstolar, 4 strandmattor, 2 boogiebrädor, 4 strandhanddukar, kylare, spel, pussel och Hawaii Travel Guide-bok. Komplexet har ett gemensamt bibliotek för din användning. Enheten har luftkonditionering i varje sovrum och vardagsrum. Det har också 6 takfläktar och 3 tornfläktar för att hålla luften rörlig för din komfort. Gratis wifi finns i enheten. Vackert anlagd komplex har en pool med saltvatten system, badtunna, tennisbanor, bordtennis, 2 träningsrum och havet grillgrill och matsal. Fri parkering för din bil med säkerhetsgrind på natten. Titta på solnedgångar från din Lanai eller när du känner dig mer social gå ner till havet sittplatser där andra samlas dagligen för att umgås och njuta av en dryck. Kona Makai har allt du behöver för att njuta av din Hawaiian getaway som ligger nära restauranger, shopping, bondens marknad, parasailing, jet ski och longboard uthyrning och valskådning. 2 1/2 miles söder om Alii Drive är Kahalu'u Beach med några av öarna bästa snorkling. The condo was a great place for a week long stay. The views were beautiful-can see the ocean from the lanai as well as the bedrooms. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Condo was spacious and clean. We love having the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and snorkel gear available for use.

As a family with two teenagers the condo had everything we needed, games to play in between activities, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach towels. Loved the view from the lanai; palm trees, pool, and ocean. The condo complex was quiet and relaxing. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions. Everyone loved it!

Perfect Stay in Kailua-Kona

What a wonderful home base for our visit to Kona! Close to so many restaurants, shops and beaches. It was also centrally located for trips to Green Sand Beach and Waikoloa. We loved it!

It is such a lovely place. My family and I spent a week here. Although rain and undesirable weather were our experience, this place was our home away from home. The children still enjoyed the pool and the tennis court. The condo also had sufficient materials that we needed for our stay. If we are ever coming back to Kona, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you again!!!

We had a great stay in Building 1 at the Kona Makai. We have stayed in this complex several times over the years and enjoy the views of the ocean from the lanai. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed from the well appointed kitchen and baths to enjoying a day at the beach. Great communication with the owners. Unit was easily accessible. We would gladly return.

Wonderful Big Island Condo

This condo is amazing and in a great location. My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights and loved every minute of it. The interior of the unit is immaculate and is stocked with everything you need. Daybreak and sunset on the lanai is special and shouldn't be missed. The grounds of the complex are well kept and quiet. We especially liked the BBQ area, which is right by the water. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect for our stay

We arrived to welcoming island music. The condo is very nice with island decor. Beautiful view from both bedrooms and lanai. Did not need to use the air conditioner a lot. Bedding was comfortable. Perfect for adults not wanting to be around loud parties.

En general todo muy bien, lo que si, muy mal equipada en cuanto a bolsas de basura, detergente y esas cosas, estuvimos 15 días y tuvimos que comprar, y ademas luego nos cobran por aseo, querían que dejáramos todo impecable y estuvimos 15 días pagando bastante.

Perfect for Ironman

The location of the home was perfect for IM. 15 min walk and we were at the start. Also a great location to watch the run. Home was very nice. Great A/C. We used the kitchen for breakfast, kitchen had the basics that we needed. Tech within home worked well in the gathering areas of the home.Thanks for sharing your home, especially during Ironman week.

Relaxing stay in Kona area

This two bedroom condo is perfect for parents with kids or a few friends. The location is awesome. Located on the ocean side of the main street, but due to the design of the complex it feels secluded. The complex is gated, the unit is on the second floor, and is easily accessed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is clean and adequately equipped. The complex pool and gas barbecues are nearby. Both are cleaned daily. The entire complex has beautiful landscaping and the views of the ocean are incredible. Sunsets every night are majestic and are the only time we noticed a crowd at the complex. The management team is super responsive and informative. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise.

Perfect and clean!

This condo was extremely clean, updated and fully stocked with anything you might need including all kitchen/cooking supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie board. Greg and Wendy were excellent to work with and their communication was always quick and effective. The management company does an excellent job of maintaining the property and pool. We were here for the Ironman and the location was excellent. You could easily walk or drive to the pier/downtown area or explore nearby beaches. We had this placed reserved over 2 years ago due to Ironman being canceled twice for Covid. Greg and Wendy always honored and moved our reservation forward to the next rescheduled date. In the weeks leading up to the race, we had heard many people having their reservation canceled last minute and left without accommodations. Greg and Wendy were in constant communication and verified our reservation. I cannot thank them enough for keeping our anxiety at bay and sharing their wonderful place with us. Highly recommend.

Good location

The condo is updated and very clean. It has everything you need in the kitchen and to go to the beach. Good location but found it beneficial to have a car. Great views of the sunset from the lanai. If you are looking for a laid back and quiet vacation spot this is a good option.
