Aloha! Kom och se själv varför det gated community of Casa De Emdeko förblir ett av de mest efterfrågade bostadsrätter vid havet längs Kona Coast. Casa # 328 uppdateras ofta och ger bekvämligheter i hemmet. Njut av utsikt över havet, poolen, dammet och bergen från din Lanai.

Köket har bänkskivor i granit och rostfritt stål; diskmaskin, varmluftsugn, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, tillbehör av hög kvalitet och lagerfyllda skåp. Vardagsrummet har en 55 ”smart HDTV, DVD, telefon (gratis fjärrsamtal till USA och Kanada), takfläkt och bekväma sittplatser. Sovrummet har en Cal-King madrass, kvalitetslinne, gott om förvaring och en väggmonterad 32 ”smart HDTV. Fönsterluckor, mörkergardiner i rummet och en takfläkt ovanför sängen. Badrummet har en bekväm höjd fåfänga, bänkskiva i granit, dubbla handfat och speglar, en travertin och slät stendusch. Badrummet är tillgängligt från hallen och sovrummet.

För din säkerhet och bekvämlighet är vår lägenhet nyckellös, slumpmässiga koder genereras för varje gäst och det finns en solid konstruktionssäkerhetsdörr med deadbolt. Condo erbjuder central luftkonditionering och säkert höghastighets trådlöst internet. Kakelgolv installeras i hela inklusive lanai. Lanai har en takfläkt och 2 parasoller. Det finns bara tre steg för att komma åt hissen.

Great place to stay in town!

The only issue we had was parking. There was maintenance going on with the building and landscaping so they kept blocking off multiple parking areas each day that you had to navigate. If you ignore the parking issues, the unit was a very nice unit.

Pleasant stay

The unit was pleasant, clean (no bugs!), and well stocked with a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. We appreciated the beach items (chairs, snorkeling gear) that were provided. The complex is also very pleasant, with multiple well-maintained pools and a nice cabana area. Communication from Kona Coast was great! The only negative was we both found the bed to be rather uncomfortable and had difficulty sleeping while we were there, resulting in some rather tired days. It seems like the mattress might be in need of an upgrade.

Best stay ever

This place was everything we needed! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the grills outside was perfect for dinners. The bedroom is perfect size with ample amount of closet and drawer space! The place also had everything you needed for the beach. Coolers, beach bags, ice packs, snorkel gear and beach chairs. Honestly couldn’t think of anything else we could’ve needed! We will recommend this place to everyone

We had a very positive experience at Casa de Emdeko. For starters, the condo was everything that we expected from what we viewed online prior to booking. The facilities, the common area, the pools and gardens far exceeded our expectations. The local residents made us feel welcomed. We will definitely consider rebooking again.

Lovely Hawaiian Holiday

We really had a wonderful time at Casa de Emdeko! The suite was well equipped and comfortable. Having a car was very important in order to visit the beaches and points of interest. The sunsets were spectacular and we loved every minute of our vacation.

Beautiful condo, overall property, location and views!

We were so pleased to find that the condo was even nicer than expected - it truly seemed like the remodel must have just been completed and the owner stocked the kitchen with lovely matching items that truly made it feel like staying at a friend's well kept place rather than a rental. There were so many thoughtful touches and items available for use while there (beach/pool gear, cooking basics, activity recommendations for the island). The view from the balcony is wonderful - both of the lush tropical courtyard and ocean. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as described, plus extremely clean and well equipped. We had plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and appreciated the condiments and kitchen organization. The bathroom had extra toiletries. There was even a bin for “Take One, Leave One” in case a toiletry item was forgotten by a guest. We just felt this extra gesture was both welcoming and generous. The bed was comfy, there were plenty of hangers in the large closet, and lots of plug-ins for electronics. There were a couple of pool noodles that we thoroughly enjoyed using. This was our sixth stay the Casa de Emdecko, but our first day in this particular property. We would not hesitate to rent number 328 again.

Views were great

Unit was comfortable. Had plenty of space for a one bedroom unit. Kitchen also had plenty of supplies. Floors were ceramic tiles that needed cleaning!! Also no washer & dryer in this unit. (That was disappointing)

Awesome condo in a great convenient location!

This condo has everything you need for 2 people on vacation! It was very clean. It has a full kitchen stocked with all dishes and utensils, plus appliances. Bathroom has everything you need and is stocked with extra things you might forget like bandages, sunscreen, beach towels, etc… They have a closet full of snorkel gear, cooler, backpacks and other things you can use. WiFi was excellent. View from the balcony is amazing and the beach on the property is nice to watch the sunset. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was perfect! We spent 7 days here and moved to another location for another 7 days once our family arrived and instantly wanted to go back to casa de emdeko. We would definitely return!

Cute Condo by the Sea

My son and I had a delightful time during our stay at this condo! The unit was beautiful, spacious and conveniently located, with a lovely view of the ocean from our lanai. Our unit was well equipped with all of the essentials from a personal care kit with tweezers to beach towels to flashlights and a cooler! My son and I enjoyed the pool on several occasions, as well as the beautiful beaches nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Beautiful setting

We have stayed at the Casa multiple times and love the location and the Sunsets. The kitchen in this unit was well stocked. Our learning experience was that we will not rent thru a 3rd party. When we searched for washer/dryer in unit this property came up so we failed to read the fine print-they were on property but not in the unit. Also management companies strip the “Aloha” that we are used to-enough garbage bags for the stay, condiments in the refrigerator, spices etc. you buy something and leave it for the next guest. We were also told excessive towel usage was more than one towel per guest and that we needed to wash anything above that. We were there for two weeks without a washer/dryer in unit so we had to pay for laundry. Happy to wash the units towels when we have an in room washer/dryer. All in all loved the property and the unit. We will just make sure we read the small print and rent from directly from the owner

Beautiful Kona apartment

My Fiancé and I had such a lovely stay at the Casa de Emdeko! The home was stocked with more amenities than we could have asked for, we greatly appreciated all of the food storage containers and travel mugs- this helped us not use any single use plastic! The view from the home was 10/10, it could not have been a more enjoyable stay. Thank you!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Casa 328! Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was updated. Condo wasn’t ready at 4:00 as promised but we checked out the property and about 30 minutes later the condo was cleaned and ready for our stay.

Excellent accommodations!

We were very happy with our Casa condo. It's very nicely furnished and updated. It's clean and had everything we needed. I was especially happy with the kitchen. Nice cookware and sharp knives are a plus. A few more hand towels and kitchen towels would be nice, but there are plenty of bath towels and wash cloths.
