Denna ö hem har totalrenoverats och rymmer nu en stor familj, flera familjer eller ett företag reträtt. Multi-nivå med cirka 3700 kvadratmeter boyta, det är smakfullt inrett med din komfort i åtanke. Höga, luftade taklofter tillåter varm luft att strömma ut ur huset. Takfläktarna, som endast behöver sällan behövas, låter dig behålla komfort året runt.

Den stora entréen ger gott om samlingsutrymme, ett bord för 6, ett rullstolsvänligt skrivbord och inkluderar en drottning soffaskåp. Det strömmar in i det rymliga köket som erbjuder dubbla kylskåp, spisar, diskmaskiner och ett stort matbord än rymmer 14. Det finns 2 separata vardagsrum som både erbjuder TV och bekväma sittplatser. Hem erbjuder WIFI och ett uppgraderat TV-urval av 300 HD-programmering.

Huvudnivån har 3 sovrum: Det främre sovrummet är utformat för rullstolsåtgång, inklusive badrum med våningssängdusch och rullstolsvänlig skåp. Ett mer intimt sovrum ligger också framåt, tillsammans med ett badkar och dusch. Huvudnivå sovrummet är mycket stort och är utrustad med master säng, dubbla våningssängar och en drottning soffa sovande. Master sängar är alla Cal-King. Den övre nivån av hemmet har ett annat rymligt sovrum som innehåller 2 master sängar och en drottning soffa sovhytt. I badrummet ingår jacuzzi och badkar.

Hemmet ligger i Keauhou-området, bara 5 minuters promenad till Keauhou Bay där det finns snorklingkryssningar, kajakuthyrning, etc. Shoppingcentret Keauhou ligger i närheten och erbjuder en mataffär, apotek, restauranger och shopping.

Family Wedding

Outstanding property, spacious and well-appointed, with lots of great features including access to a concierge. We loved the location and the management company was fully accessible throughout our stay. Definitely would return to this lovely place.

Siblings get together

This property worked great for 4 senior couples. Plenty of room to gather and also have our own space. Each couple had their own bedroom and baths. Kitchen and eating area is large enough for multiple families. Located 4 minutes from a beach and in a nice neighborhood was great for walking. Getting to downtown Kona and grocery stores was easy.

Family Vacation at Holua Makai

Lots of room for 6 adults. We were able to cook, eat, visit and enjoy the property.. bbq on the deck at sunset! Neighborhood is great for a stroll to the beach or easy shopping at mall nearby. Concierge made all our excursions easy

What a house, the most amazing place to stay. Plenty of room for the six of us. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. The birds around the house make you feel as like you are staying in the tiki room. The neighbors are kind and helpful. We cannot recommend highly enough

Aloha Girls

Such a fantastic experience with our girls group. This house could not have been more perfect for a large group. The kitchen was stocked with everything! The rooms were private, bathrooms were large and well stocked, beds were comfortable and lots of space for work or socializing. The photos don’t do this house justice. Really nice neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store and restaurants, easy to get around the island from this location. We had a dance instructor come for the morning and we were able to move around easily in the huge living room! I can’t think of a single item that we needed during our stay. This would be a great house gut family or large gatherings!

Kona Family Christmas

What a wonderful family Christmas we had in Kona! The house was the best…plenty of room for 3 families and their individual needs. I (grandma), liked my privacy and ease to get to coffee in the kitchen early…my daughter and her family with 2 kids, ages 5 and 8, had their little suite, and my son with girlfriend stayed upstairs w/o the noise of kids….perfect house for us! Highly recommended for families!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for our large family. The only thing that would have made it better is ac in the bedrooms for the humid weather. But they did have large fans to help with that.

Great location, plenty of room

We stayed at Holua Makai for 5 nights with my two adult children, their spouses and 9 month old grandson. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which made our stay super convenient. We were also able to walk over to SeaQuest to do the night Manta Ray dive. The Keauhou location is one that we would definitely recommend. The only issue we had was that the house wasn't as clean as we would have liked. The geckos in the house were great, but their droppings were not cleaned from the baseboards or walls before our arrival. Also, the floors didn't seem to have been cleaned. Air conditioning, at least in the bedrooms, would be a great addition. There were no tradewinds during our stay, so the house was pretty hot. On the positive side, communication provided by Kona Coast Vacation Rentals was outstanding. There was a constant flow of email communication prior to our stay and they even called us once we got checked in to make sure everything was okay.

Big, spacious, clean and well-equipped

This home was HUGE! It was so spacious with lots of seating, and areas for everyone to enjoy time together and time alone. The house was very, very clean and equally well-equipped. If you like to cook, the kitchen is stocked with high-quality dishes and cooking utensils - not the typical dollar store stuff you see in other places. We really enjoyed this home. We cooked in it every day, bbq'd, did our laundry (which was really nice in humid beachy environment) and loved that the rooms, except for one, had en suite bathrooms and personal space. We would definitley return to this home in the future.

Wonderful

Just wonderful. Lots of room for each of us so we weren’t on top of each other. Short walk to the ocean. Another short walk to a resort that had an open air market one day. If I had done my homework I would have done my boat trips from Heeia Bay and just walked there. I did NOT have any problems. I mentioned some damage by the previous tenant. They sent over a repair person and these items were fixed IMMEDIATELY. This assured me IF I had a problem it would be resolved. This is NOT a party house. You must be respectful to the neighbors and the neighborhood. But no more that you would be in a quiet neighborhood at home.

Lovely house in Kona

Large house, comfortable for our family of eight. Well equipped. Loud construction noise in lot behind our house during day but could not be helped. One refrigerator was not working during our stay but had plenty of room in first fridge. Our grandkids loved the wild turkeys! A very nice house to stay with family!

Perfect house for the larger family

the house made the family trip to Hawaii amazing. We had enough room for 8 adults (4 adult children) to enjoy the stay and the double kitchen as perfect for the couple large meals we made. It was a great location to get away from the downtown crowds and just a short drive to get there. Walking distance to the beach and manta ray tours was a plus. Management was very responsive when needed

Great experience up until checkout

We loved the features of the home, especially that it is a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and they have a well stocked beach toy area. The washer and dryer was a big plus too. Location is right near Keauhou Bay which is where a lot of snorkeling tours leave from and it also a nice place to snorkel. Communication was prompt with Kona Coast. We had some issues with the ice machines and they sent out staff right away. I am still giving the experience 5 stars overall but it is worth communicating that their checkout requirements are conflicting an egregious for how much you pay. It’s 550 for cleaning, yet you have to clean towels in order to avoid an excessive cleaning charge, take out the trash from the house, make sure all the furniture is exactly where you left it, empty the fridge and pantry, clean the grill, and close all the windows and doors before leaving. I wrote Kona letting them know my feedback on it and all they said was that they would look into and update their checkout booklet at the house.

Great stay for larger group/familly near Kona!

This place already looks big in pictures but you don't truly appreciate the size of it until you are there. With 8 travelers one of our main concerns were having enough space and bathrooms for everyone. This house has 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are ensuite with the rooms and 1 was in the main area. This was great for not having to wait for showers, etc. and saved us a lot of time. Its location is about 15-20 mins south of Kona proper but only a few mins drive to some other points of interest like Da Poke Shack (7 mins) and Kahalu'u Beach (7 mins). It was close enough to the local plaza/marketplace that anything we needed quickly was only a short drive away. We found this was a great compromise to have a larger unit while still being close enough to Kona, a hard balance to keep when finding places here! The house itself was well equipped with everything you would need, washer/dryer, dishwashers, and we even found a beach tent that was very useful for our week stay!
