âIâm extremely satisfied with our stays at Premier Inn â the whole family is!
We are a Swedish family with two children, aged 12 and 14, who made a spontaneous decision to drive from Sweden to Switzerland to watch the European Football Championship. It wasnât part of our holiday budget, but thanks to the great pricing at Premier Inn, it all worked out â and on top of that, the standard was very high, both in terms of the rooms and the breakfast.

âMycket bra hotell, rent och frĂ€scht!
De hade varmvatten avstÀngd mellan 10.00-15.00 vilket inte hade framgÄtt under bokningen pÄ appen. NÀr vi pÄpekade detta kunde personalen kompensera detta pÄ ett bra sÀtt.

âCentralt lĂ€ge, frĂ€scht och bra service. Enda nackdel var högt trafikljud , men det Ă€r ocksĂ„ vĂ€ldigt nĂ€ra stationen. Kan mycket vĂ€l Ă„tervĂ€nda hit!â

âNice hotel but does not feel safe to walk home late after business dinner with suit and extensive watch with so many junkies smoking crack and some passed out on the street. However thats the area at night and if you want to live by the central, the price/quality ratio for this hotelis great and the staff is super friendly. â
âReally beautiful, clean, modern, spacy appartment with a nice costumer service. Very good location, 15 min walk to the very center of the Frankfurt. Loads of cafes and restourants in the area. â

"It was over all good, near to the train but the breakfast was a bit expensive for what was delivered. The hotel felt a bit old and when arriving at the night it felt a bit off but it was in the Middle of the night and wonderful that we could check in anyways."

We stayed at the Premier Inn hotels in Darmstadt and Frankfurt City Centre, and all four of us were really happy with the experience. Not only affordable, but genuinely great value for money. A big thank you for that!"
"The plus; nice staff and good breakfast
The Bad going from the central station, my son and I walked the 600 meter to the hotel. We walked thou the taunusstrasse, where people was drug-affected, prostitutes and a overall feeling of danger. 3 strips clubs are within 200 meter of the hotel. One Lady was injecting something while we passed to the 50 meters of the hotel. We ran to the hotel, in a state of chok and checked in. We was provided the room 242 with a view of the small square. from our 2' floor we could see prostitutes the square browsing for clients and a drug dealer who sat by one of the thee' and had "setup business" during the evening. We had arrived Thursday at 17, we had booked two nights in two reservations - at 20.00 I wend down the reception to cancel the 2'th as we just want to get away this areal. I was very suppressed that even I canceled ahead, the app only would provide me 15% return - THAT IS ALMOST A BIG THEFT. Never the less, we hardly sleep during the night and left the hotels as soon as it was noon (we didn't dare to leave before) _ STAY AWAY IF YOU HAS FAMILY !
