“We loved staying at the contemporary farmhouse. The house was well maintained and comfortable, prefect for the two of us and our two kids. Carole gave us great advice about where to visit and hike in the Redwoods State and National Park. We loved that we could do hikes directly from the farmhouse. Carole was also quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.”

“Check in was easy. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. I could find everything easily. We ate breakfast and dinner in and made lunch to take on the go. Beds were comfortable and this set up worked well for our family of 5. It was nice to have laundry part way through our trip of the Pacific Northwest. The location was great for visiting the Redwoods. It was close to hiking trails and other things we wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this place to stay. ”

“The house is a lot more accommodating than pictures make it seem. There is plenty of room for a larger family. The porch was definitely a hit! Hot tub was nice, the fire pit was good and the wildlife around the area was excellent. Definitely recommended. Thank you for the stay!”

“This is a lovely property with beautiful views from the front porch. We had our coffee on there every morning.The owner was very nice and sent her daughter to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. Make sure you have the key if you go out the backdoor. It locks automatically. Luckily we had a cell phone.”

“My bf andIi stayed here for a few days and very much enjoyed it. The property was very easy to find. When we arrived, Bibiana greeted us and showed us around the house. She even gave us some of the eggs her chickens laid (unfortunately, we never got around to cooking them up ). Her house is a little ways away with a separate driveway. However, close enough for her to walk over should there be a major problem. She mentioned that the house we stayed in is actually where she stays a good amount of...

“Perfect location to experience the Historic town of Ferndale. The house renovations were beautifully done. The house was very roomy, and clean. Plenty of room for the entire family. There was even toys and games for the little ones. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great communication with the property manager. We had a great time and hope to stay again soon.”
