“This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s really a fantastic space.”

“Great location for people who like watching wildlife. We saw turkey and deer close up, while sitting on the outside patio area. Home was spotless and kitchen area was well equipped with newer appliances, flatware etc.. Easy travel to many vineyards in the area. We enjoyed our stay.”

“This place is the perfect get away place to disconnect from every day routine, hosts are very easy to communicate with, they reply quick to questions, will definitely come back, highly recommend this property.”

“Super sweet time with a large family coming all directions to celebrate a 30th birthday. Plenty of room to accommodate all.”

“Al and Dee were incredible hosts, the property was beautiful, rooms were cozy, area was quiet, and the amenities were wonderful. We felt every one of our needs were catered too. The spot was about half a mile away from downtown Occidental, which made it very conveniently located for us as well”

“Great Property! Worked great for our family the night before our wedding. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. I only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all this property has to offer. With countless wineries nearby, the airport nearby in case you want to take a Hot Air Balloon ride (Phoebe is the best @ Balloons Over Paso) or experience the unique light display at Sensorio this is a truly great spot to create a homebase for adventure. We'll be back!”

“We loved our stay. It was the perfect middle location between Sonoma and Napa, so we were able to enjoy both. It's very spacious and allows everyone to have their own space in larger parties. It's also a beautiful property.”

“This property was large and roomie. The design was really nice and modern great for a large family to gather together the separate Casita was beautiful and roomy and spacious. Definitely bring mosquito spray. You feel like you are far away, and there is not a lot around you for us that was a plus because we felt secluded and like we had escaped from the world. The host was extremely well in communicating and offered Local suggestions we were able to eat at one of the places they recommended...

“We had a great time. Neat little place.”

“A beautiful house, had a fantastic gathering of friends. Will be back!”
