Hotell i Kameno

“The place is good and quite close to the beach, 2.5 km from city center. The apartment are nice but the kitchen as no hob, nothing to cook, the fridge is not working, the a/c smells moisture. Terrasse table broken. The bed is ok but not prépare and the duvet sheet was missing. The parking is not on site free as described on hotel.com, it s 15lv by days. The free minibar is an empty fridge that not work fine. The breakfast is poor and not good. The swimming pool is really nice.”

“We didn’t stay here for long but there were mold in the bathroom and the shower didn’t work. The rooms did look like the pictures. I don’t recommend this place if your on vacation.”

“It was a great experience to stay here for a week. Very relaxing and peaceful. Great breakfast and lots of great food on the menu for lunch and dinner as well.”

“Perfekt läge! 3 minuters gångväg till både buss-och tågstationen. Ligger vid den stora gågatan genom staden. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Fräscha rena rum med sköna sängar och härlig utsikt. Kylskåp. Bra badrum och dusch. Deras spa ingår i rumspriset. Bra gratis frukost med stort utbud. Enda nackdelen var att det inte ingick något gratis flaskvatten på rummet. Nog det bästa boendet i Burgas. Förlängde med 2 nätter. Här bor jag gärna igen! ”

“The room was ok, nothing spectacular. When leaving, we were unfairly accused of drinking beverages from the mini bar in the room. Just the accusation was unpleasant but the tone of the receptionist made it worse and affected the whole experience of the stay. We felt very uncomfortable and put in the spot by the hotel staff without a real reason for it. ”
