This place has everything you need. The sofa bed is really not bad. The staffs are super nice, and can speak decent English to help customers. âWhat we loved was that it's VERY hard to find accommodations in Tokyo that cater to a Canadian family of four. This property, as a suite, gave us two rooms with two beds in each room.
My wife and I were able to push our singles together to make a double and sleep together as we normally do.
Our two kids loved that they had a single each and moved them apart (lol siblings) so they weren't in each others space and faces.
After that: we had a super large couch we could all sit on and watch some...

âI love how close it is to the shrine if you want to walk and see it at nighttime all lit up. The private bath is perfect after a long international flight. Very quiet and peaceful experience, staff are very attentive and friendly and non obtrusive. I thought it was especially sweet that they prepared slippers for me when I came down for breakfast. Stayed here for 5 nights in the Superior Japanese room (recommended room 1101 since it is located by itself at the corner). Room was modern, spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge/freezer. It also has a microwave and a toaster.
Definitely will stay here again in the future

Only drawback is the distance to the metro or Tsukuba Express. Not normally a problem but it felt a bit far with a lot of luggage to carry.
