Amazing corner room with a stunning view. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean as always in Japan. The only thing I’d wish for a room that big is for the bathroom to be a bit bigger

Second time in this hotel and I was equally impressed this time as the last.
The rooms are huge by Japanese standards and everything feels fresh.
The food in the restaurant is tasty, the room and hotel just feels new!
Every staff member is friendly and polite and the rooms are fairly quiet too!

The incredibly helpful staff helped us upgrade to a room with a view of the castle aswell as extend our stay one more night. The room was clean, comfortable and very large as far as japanese standards go, and the view was spectacular.
The restaurant staff left a lot to be desired though, they were rude and rushed us as if the simply didn't want us there, and it ruined the mood of our anniversary a bit. The food was nice, but not nice enough to outweigh the staffs behaviour.
