Fabulous ocean view from this top floor condo and plenty of space for everyone. Bedroom has air conditioning!



The Space:

This top floor (3rd) condo has one of the best views on the island. From your living/dining area and lanai you can view Wailua Bay and even watch the Humpback whales breach in the winter months.

As you can see from the photos, it is an updated and very comfortable condo vacation home that any family would love.

A special feature for this condo is that it has two twin beds in the bedroom pushed together as king bed and can be separated as needed.

Our property is second to none for convenient location and beautiful grounds. Visit our new Koi pond!

Within a short walk of several very good restaurants and shopping not to mention our great beach where you can swim, boogie board or just relax.

We have free parking, free tennis and great lawns for your pleasure.

The Neighborhood:

The Royal Coconut Coast is aptly named, not just because of the amazing stands of large coconut trees that cover the landscape, but also because much of the area was originally reserved only for the ali’i or royalty in the Hawaiian kingdom. Today, beautiful white sandy beaches, lush green mountains and valleys, and consistently warm weather all year round attract travelers from all over the world. The Royal Coconut Coast has become a popular tourist destination because of its central location, beauty, rich history and culture, and variety of activities available for the whole family. From Wailua to Kealia, the east side of Kauai offers accommodations for both the budget traveler and those wanting a more full-service resort experience. The whole family can find something to do here, from a leisurely day at the beach or spa, to biking, hiking, kayaking, or golfing, there are many options of how to spend your time on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast.



Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend renting a car to enjoy all there is on the island.

Lae Nani Condos are located on the convenient East side of Kauai and close to shopping, activities and even the airport.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed the view from the lanai. The unit was very clean and nicely updated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The furniture was comfortable and the AC was very much appreciated in the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and unit for our family vacation

The location and property of this unit was perfect for our family vacation. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the beach was amazing. The view from the balcony was enjoyed with a morning coffee and evening cocktail. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful place

We got home two days ago and already made reservations to stay at Lae Nani next year. That should tell you all you need to know. It's a perfect place. Centrally located, services are very close. Beaches are excellent. Quiet and peaceful (don't be fooled by the main highway a couple blocks west - you won't know it's there till you need to travel the island). Just beautiful. Miss it!!

An Incredible View!

It is worth staying here for the view alone! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean, and laying in bed and hearing the waves crash on the beach! The grounds are very well maintained and there are gas grills and picnic tables close to the beach which are cleaned daily. Lava Lava Beach Club is right next store, and is fantastic for brunch on the beach, or live music as the sun sets. Coconut Marketplace is just beyond that with shops, restaurants and groceries, as well as bike rentals to ride the bike path up the coast! The hosts were very accommodating! We are looking forward to coming back soon! Mahalo! - Eric

Perfect place to stay in Kauai!

Lae Nani Stay

We were very happy with our stay at Lae Nani. The view from our balcony was wonderful. The close location to the Coconut Marketplace was very convenient. Our place was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone.

Well furnished, comfortable, great view

The Lae Nani resort is the gem of Wailua Bay and this condo is one of the best. It is a third floor gem with expansive view of the bay and an extremely functional kitchen. The bedroom A/C is a plus. Close proximity to the walking/bike trail and the Coconut Marketplace.

Beautiful beach side condo

We had a wonderful time at Lae Nani. The condo is close to the beach, pool, restaurants, coffee, and the Coconut Marketplace. Great place for enjoying the beautiful weather and surroundings, without needing to drive. The condo itself was clean, fully stocked, and quite roomy. Even for our family of four we had enough space to spread out and relax during our stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Loved this special condo

The decor, cleanliness, amenities were great! We had everything we needed. Fantastic location and an AMAZING view (one of the best in my opinion). Only downside: the TV didn’t work. I sent a message about it but it wasn’t fixed before our departure. Overall experience: fantastic!!!!

The property is centrally located and near all the shops. Walking distance to the restaurants and the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing. Apartment was clean and had everything you needed for cooking and entertainment. Unique thing about this apartment is that is located on the part of the beach that is easily accessible. It has a unique little cove where waves are not that big and if you are mediocre swimmer this is perfect. Right next to the cove this area has stacked rocks that make a square shape. This is made to be a shallow area for the kids with the shallow water and mini waves. This makes this apartment so unique since it's the only beach that I have seen safe for the little kids to enjoy the ocea.

Great condo!

My husband and I just returned after staying 8 nights here. The condo was very nice and felt like home while we were there. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The bed was definitely lacking in comfort, I believe mainly because of it being two twins pushed together along with soft mattresses. I really, really appreciated the number of towels available in the unit! I’ve stayed in condos in Hawaii before that give you limited towels and it was so nice to have more than I needed! We opted out of using the air conditioner in the bedroom after trying it for two nights. It did get cold, but the location was awful, right next to the bed blowing cold, WET air since it was very humid while we were there. It was much more comfortable just leaving the windows open. We spent lots of time on the lanai, and I loved the chaise lounge but two would be wonderful! The high top table just isn’t comfortable when you want to sit outside and relax. Even regular chairs outside would be nice! The location was decent, but traffic on the road from the north was not great through that area. The beach was swimmable on decent days, but heed caution as there is a definite undertow but it is very shallow. We hung out in the keiki pool on the rougher ocean days. We would have loved to sit at the pool, but I’m cautious about sun time and there was no shade or umbrellas available so we didn’t spend any time there. I would recommend this condo though! I’ve stayed in many condos in Hawaii and this was a very, very comfortable size! Much larger than other condos I’ve stayed in. Management was very communicative in sending instructions and all the necessary info. We realized when we were on our second flight home that we forgot to turn the dishwasher on as we left and we felt terrible, so we apologize for that!

Great Condo in Kapa'a!

First trip back to Hawaii since 2020 and my son and I had a great time on Kauai! This condo was perfect for my son and I. The view of the beach was amazing and being able to hear the sounds of the ocean from our unit was relaxing. There are beach lounge chairs available for use on the grassy area next to the beach, and the water is so nice and warm. The location of Kapa'a is centrally located. You can explore the West side in two days and then explore the East side another day. Kayaking tours were near by, which was really fun. Next to the condo is Coconut Marketplace where Island Country Market is located. They have a deli and lots of sandwiches, salads, take away foods. You can walk next door to Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant located on the beach. When we went there for dinner, there was live Hawaiian music. There are also many local restaurants nearby, Safeway , Starbucks, Subway etc. There's a new skateboard park in the main town of Kapa'a. My son is a skateboarder, so he was there almost daily and made some skateboarding friends. The condo itself was clean and the different areas of the condo looked like the photos. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the units and there is a secured gate to get into the complex. Just FYI, for those people who are unable to walk up stairs, there is no elevator, just stairs to the third level. Communication with the property managers were fantastic. All of the information regarding the condo was provided clearly, making checking in seamless.

Wonderful Kauai Condo

We loved our stay and can not say enough about the gorgeous views and scenery or the location! The condo itself had everything we needed (kitchen items, beach towels etc) and the condo amenities were great (excellent beach when the surf wasn’t too rough, lovely pool, wonderful grounds where lots of Families were out playing and mingling and convenient parking/laundry room). The location near Kaapa was such a good launch point to see all of the island and the access to the bike trail, public beaches, Coconut marketplace, Safeway and Starbucks was great!

The condo and amenities were perfect and very relaxing. The view was amazing!! We met so many wonderful people and look forward to going back. Only con, the bed (two twins made to be a king) was not overly comfortable for a lengthy stay.
