  • Welcome to our luxurious 2 bed 3 bath Waipouli Beach Resort D405 rental, located in the heart of Kauai, Hawaii. This rental is a well-decorated condo that offers luxury and comfort to our guests.

    The unit features a clean design with a Hawaiian inspired color scheme and crown molding. The condo has California King-size beds in both bedrooms, perfect for families or couples traveling together. Living room has a queen pull out couch. The unit also has a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

    At the resort, indulge in your home away from home: unwind in one of three sand-bottom hot tubs, relax poolside with a refreshing drink, or savor Pacific-Rim cuisine at the beachfront Oasis Restaurant and Bar. A newly completed fitness center allows you to stay active with poolside views. This spacious suite is perfect for couples or families, offering unparalleled comfort for even the most discerning travelers. The resort is just steps away from the beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views and relax on the sandy shore. You can also indulge yourself at Waipouli's Spa by the Sea or work out at the Fitness Hut. Each tower at Waipouli has it's own elevator to reach the top floors.

Host was very responsive and great to work with. Property faces the street but is still very private with large palm trees right in front for privacy. Great resort!

My family really enjoyed this condo. The location was central to everything. We were very happy to find chairs, cooler, and other beach things in the closet. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. My daughters went in the ocean in the front of the place but just know it is a little rough.

Great unit,great location

Unit was perfect for family of four. Included extra for the beach which was much appreciated! Unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook as needed.

Aging Condo with great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our seventh stay at Waipouli and although the location is still great, the unit we rented showed it's age. The unit was clean but the carpets and chairs were stained and some of the chairs require restuffing. Appliances overall were good however stove top took forever to heat up and there was no stove top vent, so steam and odors filled the room. Beach chairs and toys in the room were great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 stayed here in July 2024 and had a wonderful time. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The resort is on the beach and directly across the street is a Safeway, Starbucks, and shave ice place that we crossed the street to get groceries and necessities. The resort is about 10 minutes from the airport which was perfect for our early morning flight, and a good location in general. We enjoyed the amenities such as the beautiful pools, 3 hot tubs, 2 slides, and on-site restaurant overlooking the beach. Could not recommend this resort more and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Also grills at property were a pain to operate. Front desk had to light with torch.
