"Tastfully decorated, clean, well appointed kitchen with high end appliances. Beach gear for your daytrips to Tunnel or Poipu beaches a short trip for Kapaa, but no need because the chairs are waiting for you on-site at a gorgeous beach on-site with miles of beachfront trails for your morning walk. Towels waiting for you at pool and gym just downstairs. Close access to parking and Old Town Kapaa full of local owned restaurants and shopping. Guest bathroom huge with guest room'sown lanai as well as outside dining area with sunset views over acres of palms. Don't miss the best local music on the island at the on-site Tickibar on Wednesdays. Gardens on-site were beautiful. Mahalo and Aloha to the friendly resort staff for keeping the resort in top notch shape. This unit is a great value which I highly recommend when visiting Hawaii". Reviewed By: BP

Enjoy this Gorgeous Condo surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment: The condo features the highest quality tropical style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine African mahogany, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

Comfortably sleeps up to 7 with a King bed in the Master Bedroom Suite with a desk and a Master Bath with its own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower. The Second Master Bedroom Suite is one of only a few with a Queen Bed and a Twin Pull Out Easy Chair and a Master Bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a third bathroom with a shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper to easily accommodate up to 7 people. There are 3 flat screen TV’s with a large selection of channels to choose from.

Special Amenities: up to 4 beach chairs, and a cooler. For families with children: a pack n play, guests bring the pack n play bedding.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort, ideal for biking, running or early sunrise strolls.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The accommodations were wonderful and the view was outstanding! The space was very comfortable for my family of 5. We'll be back to enjoy the resort pool and beach more next time!

Our condo was perfect: 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 2 couples. We had our door code emailed ahead of arrival. We didnt have to check in or check out. The pool area was beautiful. We would stay here again!

Exellent location, beautiful landscape, nice beach with plenty of beach chairs right on the beach, only a price was a bit over, but in general, condo was nice and convenient for us 7 people to fit in comfortably. Kitchen was not bad.Communication was Exellent as well.

Vacation in paradise

Beautiful inside and out! Loved the pool and having the towels available. We did a fair amount of cooking and loved the appliances. The ice maker didn’t keep up with us but came close! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Loved staying on the east side of the island. Very centrally located for all of the beaches. The kids loved the pool and it was very nice to be on the beach. The rooms very very nice and spacious. AC was a plus!! Having Safeway right across the street was an added plus. We will be staying here again for sure!!

Excellent unit with everything you need in walking distance

This unit and the location are excellent! The unit is well appointed with dishes and any cookware you might need. At the same time who needs to cook when you've got some of the islands best restaurants steps from your door (Oasis on the Beach, JO2's, Zumo Sushi)!! If you do decide to cook in unit there is a well stocked Safeway just across the street where you can get anything you need. In addition to the wonderful food options nearby, staying on the east side of the island is great for being able to get to all the main destinations without feeling like you spent an entire day driving. Hanalei and Poipu are only 30ish minutes away and Waimea is under an hour. If beaches are what you're looking for, then Kapa'a has you covered! No they aren't the super popular south shore beaches and you won't be catching the big waves of the north shore, but if you're looking for some great sun & sand with a few waves in protected coves, the east shore has you covered.Finally if you're the adventure type and want to do some hiking, Sleeping Giant trailhead is under 2 miles from this location and offers spectacular views of the Island and east shore, we did a sun rise hike one morning and were able to see the sun rising over O'ahu! It was magical!If you can't tell, I highly recommend this property and the general location, it was one of the best vacations we've been on!

Perfect place to stay in Kauai!

This property is gorgeous. The condo is spacious, extremely well decorated with a top notch kitchen. The resort is equally as nice with a beautiful pool and situated directly on the beach. Even the restaurant was outstanding! My only “complaint” was the two giant bathroom tubs are not really jacuzzis; they are just soaking tubs. But really, when you’re on the beach in Kauai, who cares?! Candace was extremely responsive and an excellent host! I also liked the location: it’s central so you can go anywhere on the island in less than an hour and there’s a grocery store right across the beach. If we ever return to Kauai, we are definitely staying here!

Great find! Pool and beach access and quiet. Spacious accommodations for 7. We had a blast. I just wouldn’t expect service. This is kind of on your own rental with pool access. But had everything we needed including a small cooler and boogie boards for the kids and beach chairs. That was a PLUS! Location was perfect!

Great Place

Unit was clean and very nice and the property is in a great location. Kithchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal. Gas grills are available by the pool. Grocery store and other basic shops directly accross the street. Adjacent beach is beautiful, but the surf makes it a bit of an unrelaxed swim. Onsite restaurant is pricy and the food was unremarkable. All that was needed for check-in was the door code and that was sent in an email. (Tiny print at the botton, si oit on your glasses) That email directs you to download their mobile app for check-in which we were never able to get to load on Android. Perhaps it is Apple only. The 3 stars for check-in was because of the trouble with the app. It wasn't really needed, though, and our check in was seemless. We'd definitely stay again.

A week was not long enough!

Stumbled upon this place and the photos don't serve it justice. Our party was 4 adults and 2 children and everyone had fun whether it was hanging out at the pool or traveling from this perfectly centralized location. Reached out once during our trip for something small and Candace immediately got back to us and the issue was resolved before we returned. Already planning our trip back.

Paradise

Seven days of pure enjoyment. It is a beautiful resort with ocean and pool access. The condo is perfect for six people. Two bedrooms and comfortable pullout bed in living room couch, with three baths. Dinner/lunch restaurant on site. Safeway/Starbucks/ABC and small shops across the street. Other restaurants within walking distance. We can’t wait to go again soon.
