“No matter it’s Kaua’i and it’s amazing. I felt the check in process was easy. Contact with management was great. Property staff weren’t as pleasant as I remember in the past. The room is in need of an update but for the price I get it. Back door slider doesn’t lock as the HVAC unit doesn’t work and they’re using a portable AC unit with hose. “The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used...
