“This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.”

“This home was absolutely beautiful! A perfect mix of historic & modern, it was even better in person. Plenty of space in a convenient location. The parking is a bit tricky but not bad once you get the hang of it. We're traveling with our 3 year old who was super excited to find toys & books to play with & read - honestly a great surprise for all of us! Communication was clear and timely. Would love to stay at this location again in the future! ”

“We had a great stay at Simon’s place while we were visiting family in Dunedin. The whole house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable which was awesome because we stayed for over a week. It was in a great location for us and was easy to get around. There is a supermarket 500m down the road which is handy as well. My only concern with a young family was that the dining room is separate from the kitchen so having kids take their breakfast cereal through themselves was a bit stressful....
