âVi hade fyra enormt trevliga dagar pĂ„ Ocean Crest i Ahangama i mars. Rummen Ă€r rymliga, luftiga, rena och tysta trots vĂ€gen bakom hotellet. Vi hade en balkong mot havet med en fantastisk utsikt. PoolomrĂ„det Ă€r fint och belĂ€get invid stranden. Hotellpersonalen Ă€r vĂ€ldigt serviceminded, trevliga och bjuder alltid pĂ„ ett leende. Jag kan varmt rekommendera Ocean Crest!â

âHotellet ligger vid en fin strand men dĂ€r det tyvĂ€rr var mycket stora vĂ„gor. Rummen var fina och stĂ€dningen var bra, kuddar och vissa handdukar kan dĂ€remot behöva en uppfrĂ€schning eller utbrytning. Det Ă€r tyvĂ€rr inte lika tipptopp som det ser ut men Ă€r Ă€ndĂ„ helt ok. Hotellet hade bra frukost med goda stringhoppers.â
âOppholdet var bra, men det var noen smĂ„ting som gjorde det hele litt ubehagelig. Det er f.eks. ikke solskjerming/screens pĂ„ rommene. Noe som gjĂžr at sola kommer rett inn pĂ„ rommet fra 05.00. Noe som er upraktisk med smĂ„barn som vĂ„kner ekstra tidlig da. Og hotellet lĂ„ mellom bilvei og strand sĂ„ stĂžy fra veien var ogsĂ„ litt plagsomt.
Med tanke pÄ at det var et omrÄde med mye mygg, kunne de med fordel ha hatt noe mer fokus pÄ dette. Ikke myggnett, spray eller andre forebyggende ting i...
âThis is definately not a luxury hotel so it would be unfair to compare it to that standard, but they do almost charge luxury rates, so I would expect the standard to be higher.
Let's start with the good things. Location location location. It can't get any better. It is brilliant if you can cope with the sound from the waves all night.
The things that can be improved: Condition of the rooms. They need a total make over. The TV barely showed to or three local channels but the reception was...
âFirstly the reservation hadn't been received so I had to pay for the room again and rely on a refund from Hotels.com. Nice room but very noisy with train line adjacent to the building.
Location wasn't great with a 20 min walk into Ahangama and no nearby restaurant or food shops.
I left one night early but no refund for the unused night from the hotel. Overall not a good experience.â
