“This was actually our second stay at Lum as when our flights were delayed we wanted a little haven to relax and enjoy our extra time in the South. The staff here were so friendly and helpful and everything about the complex made it feel like a lovely place to stay. Fresh, spacious, clean rooms that surrounded a relaxing garden and a beautiful pool area. We ate out for most meals but also sampled the breakfast and main menu here and all the food was very tasty and beautifully presented. I would...

“Simply wonderful and chilled out boutique hotel! Ideally located for excellent beaches and coastal towns, but tucked away in the rice paddies and jungle. Excellent”

“Our room Suite 1 was fantastic with a beautiful view to the sea, you could listen to the crashing waves.”

“Sri Lankan Villa was one of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka, and the cleanest. Everything in the villa had been thought through, and our stay was so comfortable and easy. Lovely balcony too for relaxing. The location was perfect - close to Koggala lake, the beach, our favourite little Café Wave (try the hot lava cake), the railway line, and even the little road the villa was on was quiet and good for an evening wander. Highly recommended.”

“Superb few days with amazing staff, great food and a wonderful place.”

“Perfect spot. Very close to the sea. Fantastic sea view”

“We loved our stay at The Sandhya. From the wonderful breakfasts, the perfect location on the beach and the cozy feeling of the lounge areas and rooms. Don’t miss out on surfing either.”

“Jättefint hotell och fantastisk pool. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Bara att gå över vägen så är man på stranden. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell!”

“Top-class service and a great breakfast in 3 course style..I really liked the Lanka Breakfast option that was varied every day(order a day before) other highlights is the fantastic massage that i really recommend ,done by the skilled therapist Dulip..dont miss!!”

“Nice place”

“Firstly the reservation hadn't been received so I had to pay for the room again and rely on a refund from Hotels.com. Nice room but very noisy with train line adjacent to the building. Location wasn't great with a 20 min walk into Ahangama and no nearby restaurant or food shops. I left one night early but no refund for the unused night from the hotel. Overall not a good experience.”
