âLoved my stay here. The staff was very friendly and good food. Pricier food the on the street but tasted good in the hotel. Beautiful to lay out on the sunbed and watch the ocean. Easy access from the hotel to a little beach area on the side. Water is clear and nice â

âVi hade fyra enormt trevliga dagar pĂ„ Ocean Crest i Ahangama i mars. Rummen Ă€r rymliga, luftiga, rena och tysta trots vĂ€gen bakom hotellet. Vi hade en balkong mot havet med en fantastisk utsikt. PoolomrĂ„det Ă€r fint och belĂ€get invid stranden. Hotellpersonalen Ă€r vĂ€ldigt serviceminded, trevliga och bjuder alltid pĂ„ ett leende. Jag kan varmt rekommendera Ocean Crest!â

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped arrange all of our rides for us. The food was really good as well, our dinner there was one of the best meals we had our whole trip. I would definitely stay here again!â
âUns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Essen ist sehr sehr lecker, aber auch etwas kostenintensiver.

âWe were absolutely delighted with our first 4 nights at the Hotel so much so that we decided to return for 3 extra nights later in our trip.
The staff are a credit to the hotel always happy and helpful they made us feel special.
The food was very good quality and value .
The pool area was cleaned many times during the day and the towels clean large and plentiful.
We will definitely return on our next visit to Sri Lanka.â
âThis is definately not a luxury hotel so it would be unfair to compare it to that standard, but they do almost charge luxury rates, so I would expect the standard to be higher.
Let's start with the good things. Location location location. It can't get any better. It is brilliant if you can cope with the sound from the waves all night.
The things that can be improved: Condition of the rooms. They need a total make over. The TV barely showed to or three local channels but the reception was...
âFirstly the reservation hadn't been received so I had to pay for the room again and rely on a refund from Hotels.com. Nice room but very noisy with train line adjacent to the building.
Location wasn't great with a 20 min walk into Ahangama and no nearby restaurant or food shops.
I left one night early but no refund for the unused night from the hotel. Overall not a good experience.â
