Treetops Retreat - Panoramautsikt, rymligt levande och skapande bekvämligheter

Treetops Retreat är en bekväm timmerfjällstuga inbäddat bland de höga träden i Blue Mountains. Det är bara några minuters bilresa till huvudstaden Katoomba, med alla hennes pittoreska gallerier, butiker och gourmetkaféer. Den världsberömda sceniska världen och de tre systrarna ligger också bara några få kilometer bort.

Det fullt fristående boendet på Treetops Retreat har panoramautsikt över plaskan och Katoomba golfbana. Den fredliga lugna miljön i Treetops-reträtt är perfekt för ett avkopplande pars gömställe, belägen på ett stort buskmark med ostörd och torr hedenflora. Alternativt ger dess rymliga öppen planlösning en prisvärd semester för grupper eller familjer. Off-street, undercover parkering finns för 3 bilar.

Denna öppen planlösning består av ett fullt utrustat kök med alla nödvändiga apparater, ett stort utrymme för matsal och en lounge med bekväma sittplatser runt en central spis. Boytan vetter ut mot ett däck med panoramautsikt över plaskorna över de höga träden i Katoomba. Ett separat underhållningsområde gränsar till detta bostadsområde på split nivå som leder till fyra bekväma sovrum med 2 badrum.

Great Views

Overall we had a good stay there were a few small matters that would have been better. The oven didn't work and weren't advised prior to arrival, BBQ rusty plates couldn't use. A few other small things uncomfortable bed, fan not working. However lovely lushious towels, views were lovely - just need more chairs for balcony. Home was a pleasant stay and a lovely spot to unwind.

Amazing Home for Families and Groups of Friends

We had a wonderful stay here. The kitchen was well equipped, the home was very clean and the bed configuration was perfect for groups of friends with kids to stay together. And the views were amazing!

Peaceful Mountain Ambience

Perfect place to base for a holiday exploring everything the Blue Mountains has to offer. Super spacious, gorgeous views, easy access to sites and walks, very comfy beds. I definitely recommend Treetops Retreat

The Serenity 👍👍

All around amazing. Veranda is large, safe for toddlers, and showcases an amazing view, sunrise, and sunset. The kitchen is well accessorised making meals a pleasure. There is a fireplace making cold mornings and afternoons incredibly cozy. Unlike some accomodations they provided a high chair, travel cot, more than enough tea towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. I was thrilled to arrive, sad to leave, and had a most peaceful and pleasurable experience. Highly recommend.

The Serenity 👍

Amazing house for families, young kids, or large groups. Large safe balcony with an incredible view, sunrise and sunset. Very large house, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. There is heating and cooling available. A high chair, travel cot, and even a cupboard full of toys. The kitchen is well accessorised making cooking a pleasure. Short drive to town. Pleasurable, peaceful....highly recommend.

Perfect for a family holiday

Very spacious, fabulous living area with amazing views and huge deck with a big BBQ. We hardly cooked indoors. Quiet location yet close enough to shops etc. We had a great holiday, thanks!

A great place to get away for a week or weekend. The house is well kept and feels inviting the moment you come in the door. For a spacious place, it feels cosy and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great too!

Feels like home!!

This was our second stay at Treetops and we’ll be back in 2020. House is super clean! Kitchen stocked with all essentials to make a brekky on stove, oven trays avail to use the oven. Beds are comfy and spare. Landers are readily available. Two TVs allowed us to chill with a movie on the lounge and also watch movie on upstairs tv while crafting at the dining table. The owner Eric is so lovely! I’ve actually met him as last year I left my Apple Watch in the bathroom.. I called him and he told me he’d licked it away. We organized a meeting point for me to collect it from him at later date. What honesty!! There is Katoomba Marketplace only 5 mins drive away with Big W, Woolworths and ALDI available. We don’t want to leave but will be back in 2020! Go ahead and book.. you won’t be disappointed!

Great quiet location, well designed home

Lovely comfortable and great family home, close to the Hydro where we enjoyed a delicious high tea, horse riding at Blackheath and shopping in Leura Unfortunately it isn’t as clean as it should be, l had to clean the bath tub before we used it, and when l opened a chest for an extra pillow there was a stale biscuit!! I suspect the sheets in one of the bedrooms had not been changed so we didn’t use that room. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils but effective cleaning is required! Eric is great, access was easy and internet was good!

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

We stayed 5 nights at Treetops and these went by very quickly. We found Treetops Retreat to be a wonderful fuss free place for families to gather, disconnect from busy city lives; and reconnect with each other as well as the nature. Great sweeping views and fresh air. We were blessed with snow over two of the five days that we were in Katoomba. We had fun playing with snow in the garden as well as the driveway. Definitely a highlight is the central heating which was available throughout the house and even the bathrooms. We really appreciated being warm and cosy in the cottage when outside it was windy, snowing and less than 1 degree Celsius. We enjoyed lighting the fire in the fireplace as well. A treat for us who are from the tropics. Everything was in good working order and Eric was very efficient to respond to and attend to our request when we got in touch with him. Overall, we would recommend the Treetops Retreat for a place to relax and just unwind, yet still be very centrally located to all main attractions, i.e. Scenic World, Three Sisters, Sublime Point and our personal favourite Leura Village. Oh, if anyone fancies sticky date pudding, we recommend the unassuming Savoy restaurant in Katoomba town centre. Delicious! Thanks Eric for sharing your lovely cottage with us!

Another Great family weekend away at Treetops Retreat.

Thankyou once again Eric for sharing your mountain home... I’ve lost count.. I think it was our 5th year. We never get sick of that amazing view or toasting marshmallow in that gorgeous fire - a chance to spend quality time together. I would have to say Eric, that you are the best owner I have dealt with in all of our accommodation bookings over the years, for response time and addressing any questions, which is much appreciated. If you are looking for a wonderfully spacious & cosy home in the blue mtns for a reasonably priced weekend away.. don’t hesitate in booking Treetops Retreat.
