“There was blood and urine stains all over the mattress. The area itself seemed very unsafe. The girl at the front was very nice and said don’t worry about the neighbourhood we have cameras all over also said that you can’t drink the water. There were several people around who appeared to be homeless. I was wondering if maybe it’s used as a shelter? Did not feel safe there with my kids and ended up leaving and going elsewhere ”

“The hotel and our room was pretty clean. The only issues we had was the loudest of the AC unit, especially since it was hot we needed to keep it on at night. ”

“Upon entering the property, you can see that is was newly built and very modern. I was greated by the desk front staff. He was very nice. The room itself was particularly small, but modern, but the reason why I’m taking off a star is because the bathroom was full of black hair, I don’t know if it was from the previous person who stayed there or the cleanup staff, but it was black hair all over the floor to the point where I didn’t even want to take a shower and risk getting it on my feet. the...

“The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed with a small kitchenette. The property is conveniently located across a shopping area and the entertainment arena and restaurants. My family and I were very pleased with our stay and will return for any future visits to Glendale. ”
