“Beautiful roomy apartment with stunning views. We booked a superior apartment in the 7th floor so the decor was updated. Being on a main road, there was a bit of traffic noise but the view was with it. All accommodation on the beachfront have the road in front. So close to everything. Restaurants and shops walkable. ”

“Apartment 31 was well situated to everything however there were a couple of things I would like to mention. Many of the power points seemed not to work e.g., those that the bedside lamps were connected to in both bedrooms. there was a power pack which was tested in another power point and seemed to work. Would suggest that all the apartment are checked. The few complimentary amenities were appreciated but the provision of items such as alfoil and glad wrap would be useful especially for guests...

“The rooftop spa/bbq area was a great addition,albiet a little dated. The room was clean and had plenty of appliances and kitchenware which made it relaxing. Private/quiet and good secure parking. Main pool and spa where great and even had a spa bath in the main bedroom. Clean and very comfy beds. Convenient area to the beach and dining. Balcony was a nice spot for a cold beer in the arvo. ”

“The room was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. It’s quite noisy during the day with the cafes open surrounding it but they seemed to be quiet from about 5:30pm. Walking distance to all local shopping and dining options. Unfortunately the check-in/check out service is the only thing that really let us down. The normal receptionist was out and the fill-in didn’t seem to know what was going on and wasn’t friendly or too helpful for our check-in. The office was completely unmanned while we...

“Overall we are happy with our stay except for the first night when I discovered that the bed sheet was not replaced. It has blood stain. Only the top sheet was new but underneath wasn’t change. They changed it late the next day after I asked twice. The place was beautiful over looking the lake and nice for a walk. Shops are close by.”

“Quiet area - suited us as it was close for appointments. Took a little time finding letter box for key - instruction letter on where unit was located might be an idea. Okay for me but for an older traveller it would be helpful. Unit very comfortable and had everything we needed. ”
