“Centralt placerat hotell i Almaty med närhet till restauranger. Ligger lugnt och avskilt. Rummen är rymliga och trevligt möblerade, även om duschkabinen ger en instängd och mindre angelägen upplevelse. Frukosten är generös. Wifi är ok, men kan förbättras. Som en helhet ett bra och funktionellt boende i Almat. ”

“Room was very freshly equipped and very cozy and spacious. Simple but nice hotel - the drawback was that the reception was small with only one desk. The location is very convenient and closer to the airport - the Yandex Go taxi ride at night from the airport was only 1,900 kzt (USD3.5).”

“I didn’t had electricity in my room.I need to leave hotel 3am during the night, couldn’t change my phone, I showered in the dark not to mention I couldn’t use hairdryer. This hotel is not cheap, and for the price they need to have some kind of backup with electricity, so bad. Also I ordered the wake up call, which I didn't received , in the reception they told me they called me when I left the room, and that was two minutes before my taxi arrived. In general, hotel is Ok, but nothing than that....
