“This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed.”

“Home was the perfect location to ski and ice fish and warm and wonderful to come back to after a day in the cold. We loved the fireplace, and the kitchen amenities were well stocked. House was clean and perfect for the 6 of us - including 2 children. Host was communicative and helpful upon arrival.”

“The photos do not accurately convey how small this cottage was. There is a porch maybe 4 feet deep and 20 feet wide that is unheated and also contains the kitchen. Pass through a sticky door and you're in the bedroom which has maybe 30" of space on either side of a queen bed. There's a sketchy looking ladder to a loft space that a toddler couldn't stand up in. The entire building isn't level. The bed frame was failing to the point that it felt like a sneeze in the middle of the night would...

“There was a sewer type smell in the place that was overwhelming. One of the beds was broken upon arrival but they were very responsive and fixed it right away.”

“Everything was great. Very clean and comfortable! Thank you for a great place to stay. ”

“Easy access to the lake. 15 minute walk to a much bigger "beach" area. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities. Keurig for fresh coffee was a bonus. Didn't use the hot ton because it was raining. Fire pit was a hit. Plenty of backyard space for the dog, not fenced in. Great stay with easy to use A/C and heating unit.”

“If you don’t mind answer all over your counter, illegal propane tank outside for your gas stove, smelling like propane and treacherous stairs going up to the cottage then I guess it might be a place for you. It definitely wasn’t for me. Yours will not be returning.”
