“We liked the fact it was available on a holiday weekend, staff let us check in earlier. It wasn’t the cleanest room. Old looking not updated. Our bathroom sink was left with hair and it was dirty . There was a dirty towel left on the floor. Pretty gross . The bathroom door looked like in the back that someone tried to break it down. It was cracked and it didn’t close right. “I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the conditions were subpar, and I encountered several issues. The pool area had an unpleasant odor, and the room's refrigerator was not functioning properly, resulting in a foul smell. Additionally, the bedding was stained. I was also charged a $100 deposit beyond my initial reservation cost. I would appreciate it if you could provide a refund for the inconvenience caused.”

“I had a great experience at the Wentworth Inn. The staff was so nice, (along with the cutest little greeter Cocoa the dog)!! The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the back door of the hotel room that opened up to a little porch with two chairs, and a huge lawn to enjoy. I did not use the beach access to the lake, or the pool, but it was open, nor did I use the grills and furniture, but that's a nice bonus to have!! 5 minutes down the road was Morrisseys' Porch & Pub that had a great...

“The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.”
