âThe Throstles nest is a nice quiet peaceful escape where you can relax and feel safe. The farm is located in beautiful countryside with outstanding views.Margret and her family are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are excellent and made with good quality local produce. The farm is literally two miles from the centre of Skipton. Hope to return soon!â
âFirst time staying at this lovely 16th century hotel in beautiful Burnsall. Everything about my visit went well, my room was lovely, clean and comfortable. As a sole older woman traveller, some hotels are less accepting of the fact I'm by myself but the staff here were kind and friendly and it makes a huge difference. I will definitely go back. â
âThe hotel looked nicer in the pictures than it was in reality. Very small and worn rooms, which were damp and uncomfortable. The room was very sensitively. No paintings or any color. âFabulous recent 2 nights stay at the Black Swan Inn . Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and very efficient . Our room was a lovely large space and a very big king sized bed which was extremely comfortable . We will definitely return . â
