“This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. “Streamside on Fall River is located very close to the entrance of RMNP as well as the town of Estes Park. The cabin we had was very clean, had enough dishes etc to make a simple meal during a huge spring snowstorm. The fireplace kept us cozy while watching the snow fall and accumulate! “Staff not present on property when we needed assistance. Heater unit was very load making sleeping difficult. Continental breakfast was slim at best, we ate out for full breakfast. Our door to outside had a gap of about three inches from the knob to the floor letting in much unwanted cool air. Bathroom was nice but very small. Cleaning staff did a good job cleaning and making it tidy. Coffee machine worked well and made good coffee.”
