“Great location in hectic Old Dehli with lots of charm. The downside was that it was noisy at night but perhaps that was because of Devali. Dinner from the restaurant was excellent and the rooftop area is nice to relax in. Especially enjoyed the kite flying and overlooking the roofs. Room was spacious, clean and with good AC. The annoying parts was that communication with the hotel was a disaster and not with line with a hotel of this standard. They don’t answer on email and WhatsApp and when...

Neem Haveli – So Much More Than Somewhere to Stay
★★★★★
Some places you stay become part of your travel story. Neem Haveli, tucked away in the wonderful chaos of Old Delhi, was one of those places.
My husband and I returned several times during our travels through India and Bhutan, not simply for the location, but for the extraordinary hospitality.
David and his team went above and beyond, organising drivers, sightseeing,...

“Avoid this hotel! Booked a two night stay but my plans changed due to delays when traveling to Delhi. Contacted the hotel about 4-5 times that I would arrive 2 days later than experter and got the responsen not to worry and that they would change the date of arrival. When I arrived they first tried to charge a wrong amount, then they confused me with another guest. After 30-40 minutes they finally told me no rooms were available eventhough they written to me they hade changed my reservation. A...

In particular, want to say Arshi, Rajan and Zubin whose customer service skills are second to none! I am very thankful for their extended support. It's staff like these that make you return to Zostel”

The stay was part of a trip with my three children age 18-24. The hotel has quite recently gone through a major renovation and feels like new. It was an amazing hotel with attention to details in many ways. I had my laptop open by the desk and they have put a screen cleaner next to it when I got back to the room. The room was cleaned spotless everyday. Love Indian food but the highlight was the Chinese restaurant Baoshuan. One of our best dining experience through our 8 days in India. The pool...
