Vi ligger strax över 6 milstolpe i Kill Devil Hills på en smal del av ön. Det är en kort promenad till det vackra ljudet där du kan promenera, cykla eller springa på vägen längs Bay Drive. Om du letar efter lite strand och roligt i vågorna är det en ännu kortare promenad till havet. När du kommer tillbaka, kommer utomhusduschen att skölja bort sanden.
Vi ligger nära lokala favoritrestauranger och affärer, putt putt golf, samt flera livsmedelsbutiker.
Gästerna får tillgång till hela hemmet som inkluderar:
-En marknivå nöjesrum med en våt bar, kylskåp, fotboll bord och badrum
-A andra våningen huvudsaklig bostadsyta med ett fullt utrustat kök och matbord till sittplats 8, ett vackert vardagsrum med en gaspanna och 60 "TV, ett omslag runt veranda, halv bad och ett sovrum med 1 queen size-säng, tvättstuga med en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
- På tredje våningen finns ett rymligt sovrum med en king size-säng, sittgrupp och eget badrum, ett drottning sovrum, ett sovrum med 2 enkelsängar och en hall badrum.
-Vi har ett parkeringskort tillgängligt för våra hyresgäster på en närliggande parkeringsplats vid havet.
-Vi har badlakan och stolar för att lätta din last när du packar bilen för att resa.
-Vart sovrum och vardagsrum är utrustade med takfläkt.

We were a group of 8 and absolutely loved our stay! The house more than comfortably fit our group with room to spare plus the decor made us quickly feel right at home! The neighborhood was walkable and the access to private beach parking was a huge bonus. The owners were very communicative and answered any and all questions very promptly and were happy to give recommendations for the area. We all highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay, amazing location just a short distance from the beach, plus the beach parking pass made things even easier with little kids (2 & 4yrs). The house is also super close to convenience stores and a lot of fun beach activities for all ages. We spent most of our time by the ocean and even did a beach bonfire one evening.The home had everything we needed. It was very comfortable, clean and well-stocked with all the essentials (pro tip: no need to bring beach towels or chairs), whether we were cooking in, ordering out, or just freshening up after a beach day before heading out to dinner.The host was extremely welcoming and communicative throughout the trip. Their helpful recommendations and tips really helped set the stage for a relaxing and memorable family vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect little place!

This is the perfect beach house on the sound side! Super close to the beach and in a very convenient location. Walking distance to Target, Coffee, beach stores and restaurants. Very clean and cozy on the inside with a beautiful wrap around porch. I would recommend this house over and over again!!!

Kill Devil Hills Beach House

We had the pleasure of staying mid July and had a wonderful experience. The homeowners were very efficient and helpful with any questions or concerns. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend for future guests.

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying here. It was close to a lot of things. Really loved fishing and playing pinball at the pier. The house was great for my family of 3 and our friends family of 4. The hosts were very communicative and very helpful and answered all my questions. We really did have a wonderful time.

Relaxed and rested

We had a wonderful stay at Sea La Vie! Our whole family enjoyed the home, it was clean and comfortable and very cutely decorated. The parking pass for the beach was so convenient. The communication from the owners was detailed which was much appreciated. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

Ooh la la! Sea La Vie!

This vacation home turned out to be nicer than advertised. As soon as we walked in we absolutely loved all the spaces. Everything was clean, tidy, and airy. The kitchen was well equipped; the master bathroom was awe-inspiring, and the board games came in handy on the night we stayed in. Karen & Thiery are great hosts! We highly recommend this vacation home to others and we'll definitely be back!

Comfortable stay

We stayed comfortably in this house. We preferred to cook and eat in the house instead of going to restaurants for every single meal. The house has everything cooking ware that we needed, also including some kids friendly cups and plates. One of the AC units had some issues during the stay but the owner was very responsive and contacted the hvac company to get it fixed. The location is also good. Walking distance to the beach but if you have things to carry I would suggest driving. The owner provided parking pass for the nearby parking lot at the beach. We definitely recommend staying this house!

Perfect space for our family reunion.

We really loved the house with all of its little decorative touches. It really had everything we needed and the owner was quick to respond with any concerns or needs that we had. Please note that the beach is close but definitely not walkable given the 5 lane busy highway that must be crossed to get there. The parking pass accommodates one vehicle and the parking lot always had plenty of spaces so this was a plus. We also enjoyed a couple of the board games and loved relaxing on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee.

Beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for us!

This house is so beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable! It is not your typical “beach bungalow”. It is way better. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need as well. We could not have asked for a better home. Thiery and Karen were very responsive and very nice. We didn’t really need them much as everything was in order but the few times I had a question, they were quick to respond. Two grocery stores are within a mile and the beach access is a super quick drive. We would stay here again for sure!

Lovely home

Karen and Thiery’s home is beautiful. My family and I felt very much at home and comfortable. The house is very close to the beach and restaurants. Best ever

Cannot say enough great things about our stay!! Thiery gave us some great places to eat. The house was updated and we lacked nothing. The time went way to fast, always happens when enjoying it, and we all wished we could have spent more time there. Excellent location, close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely do it again and recommend it to all.

OBX Perfection

This place is perfect! Everything is as described - the house is gorgeous, updated and decorated well. The location to the beach along with the parking pass makes things very easy - a two minute car ride. Check in/out and communication were simple and they were there for us for anything we needed.

Wonderful stay - highly recommend

Perfect experience. The homeowners are fantastic, the house is beautiful, and the location is great. We were in town for a wedding and this house was, by far, the nicest of all of the others that we saw. Wonderful stay - highly recommend staying at this beautiful home with the absolutely nicest owners. Definitely pick this property for your stay!!!
