“Very convenient to son and daughter-in-law who delivered baby early on Christmas Day. Necessitated extended stay which was accommodated but key panel code expired and resulted in temporary lock out. Checkin instructions had included directions for accessing lockbox with keys which was never located, even with help of agents. Overall, satisfactory accommodation but kitchen could use a working can opener.”

“The view was amazing! The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. There was no door on the bedroom which wasn’t an issue for us, but just something to keep in mind depending on who you’re staying with. The host was easily reached and very accommodating. Check in and check out were a breeze. We had a great time!”

“The neighborhood was really nice. Closer to beach( 5 mins driving) , stores and restaurants. The pool was really nice. We loved we could bring lunch and eat by the pool. Clean house and big! I would say is so far one of the best rebtal places we staying in.”

“Absolutely beautiful serene location. I picked this home because we rented a home a few houses down 3 yrs ago and saw it was in same neighborhood. We wanted to be near a body of water yet be affordable and only a 10 minute drive to the main road. Definitely a keeper!”

“The home is beautiful! Only thing I didn’t notice was that linens did not come with the stay- but you can rent them if needed! The pool was perfect for the hot days and the hot tub was great for evening relaxing. I would definitely recommend this home for any vacationers in the kill devil hills area. It is in a cute quiet neighborhood, and only a few blocks from the beach.”
