Golden Strand Condos enhet G2 är en oceanfront villa belägen på milstolpe 7. 6 i Kill Devil Hills, NC. Denna Beachy 3 sovrum / 2 badrum lägenhet har en extrem havsutsikt, full storlek kök, egen balkong och mycket mer! Detta är en rökfri / ingen husdjursenhet.

Denna vackra 3 sovrum, 2 badrum stranden Condo är en stor familj fritidshus. Stranden ligger precis utanför dörren - du kan inte komma närmare! Enheten sover 8 (gärna ta en luftmadrass att sova mer). Det stora sovrummet har egna privata badrum med egen havsutsikt.

Vardagsrummet har ett vackert inredda vardagsrum, plattskärms-TV med Blu-ray / DVD, bäddsoffa med memory foam madrass, flera ändbord och soffbord. Den våta baren innehåller en handfat. Matsalen har plats för sex. Det öppna välutrustade köket, med elspis och diskmaskin ser ut mot matsal och vardagsrum. Längs enhetens bakmur finns en skjutdörr som öppnar upp till den stora privata balkongen med utsikt över havet. Här hittar du mer sittplatser för avkoppling, läsning eller tittar på den vackra soluppgången på morgonen. Eller på kvällen kan du sitta i den skärmade uteplatsen på framsidan av enheten och njuta av en solnedgång. Genom att slutföra enheten är en tvättmaskin och torktumlare på plats.

Utanför hittar du två fantastiska pooler (en av barnen). En lekplats för barnen, kolgrill och picknickområde, riklig säkerhetsparkering och en hiss. För din bekvämlighet finns det också en öppen utomhusdusch.

Ta dig bort, slappna av och njut av dina morgnar på däcket och njut av ditt morgonkaffe och titta på solen som stiger över Atlanten. Tillbringa eftermiddagen på stranden och titta på delfiner och pelikaner och simma i havet. På kvällarna kan du njuta av olika shoppingmöjligheter och middagar eller koppla av i den utsmyckade uteplatsen.

Weather was windy/raining but thanks to our host we had a wonderful place to stay. We could watch the waves in a warm cozy condo. Our host has always been available if we needed him.Great places to eat and shop.

The floor plan (3 BR, 2 Baths) was perfect for us and the unit was clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels/washcloths, but no washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen had plenty of pans, dishes, and utensils and there is a separate coffee bar as well. Oceanfront balcony provided comfortable views of the ocean. Just bring soaps for bathrooms and dishes, and ask how to find the elevator! I would stay here again.

This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! Even though we delt with hurricane Erin, just off shore we still had plenty of sunshine and great beach weather! The no swimming flags from Tuesday on didn’t bother us one bit and we had exceptional views of the ocean from our living room and balcony. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we could’ve possibly needed. Communication was exceptional with our host and we will definitely be staying here again!

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the view is incredible. We’ve stayed at a number of locations in OBX and this one was by far the best. While the unit and property are not fancy or luxurious, it’s very clean and roomy! The floor plan for the unit is great. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and have a little privacy. The only suggestion I have is a darker window treatment for the bedroom that faces west. There’s a security light right outside the window that lights up the outside walkway. While I’m thankful for exterior security lighting it was like the sunshine coming in the room. We just clipped a large beach towel over the window for the week. Other than a darker curtain for that window I wouldn’t change a thing!

This was our first vacation as a family of 4 and we couldn’t have had a better time. The easy walk to the beach, the private playground and the kiddie pool were a huge hit with our kids. The condo was clean and beds were very comfortable. The balcony and porch were great for us to relax on after the kids went to bed. We will be back!

Great location, misleading listing

Location of this property in kill Devil Hills is fantastic if you want to be close to town and directly on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with the sun on us, looking at the ocean. Unfortunately, there is no hot tub as listed and the pool is seasonal only, although this is not indicated. The washer and dryer are not in the unit, but on the bottom floor in an unmarked area. The front porch is lovely. Unfortunately during our stay the entire condo complex was getting their smoke alarms tested for 2 hours. Warning that this would be occurring could have prevented us from thinking there was an actual threat and rushing out of the condo. As a whole, the location and close proximity to the beach were wonderful although the listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual property.

Great location.

We are happy with our stay. The condo is at a great location where you can access everything, shops, restaurants, the grocery store (Publix) is within walking distance. We also loved the view from the deck. The kitchen is spacious which is great for families who want to cook their own meals.

Perfect view

We loved staying at this condo! It was more spacious than I expected, and we had everything we needed. The view of the ocean is outstanding! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and enjoying the view in the evening. Being right on the beach is the best!

A perfect vacation

The condo was the perfect place for us. We found the condo to be cozy and comfortable. It is located just minutes away from a variety of activities. We could sit on the deck and be "at the beach" without hauling our gear down to the sand. The owner was responsive to our questions and we would definitely stay here again.
