Great property!

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Great location. Comfortable beds and living area. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, including extra trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap, etc. that we normally have to bring along to other OBX properties. Great stay overall and would return in the future!

Close to beach

Location is great! I liked having a covered spot for our car. The place was clean but we did find places that were not vacuumed. I feel bathrooms could use a good cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Some of us left early in the morning & at 7:30am the cleaning person knocked on door. Check out isn’t until 10. Woke the rest of group up. Overall nice place.

In the middle of it all

We spent a week in Kill Devil Hills and this condo unit did the trick! It's a short walk to the beach and you're around a lot of restaurants, stores and mini-golf. Also, since you're in the "middle" of the Outer Banks, we were able to drive to Hatteras and Corolla in about 1/2 hr. The unit was exactly as described: clean, large rooms, Roku TV's in every room, nice balcony with chairs and tables, nice pool. The beach gear really helped out (chairs, umbrella's, boogies boards, etc.) since we didn't need to haul all that with us! You'll need to bring any spices for cooking with you, as only salt and pepper was there, but all the utensils needed to cook meals. Would stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is decorated beautifully! Nice size for a week stay. It wasn’t the cleanest, but that is on property management company. We did call them and they said they would send someone over to reclean the floors but don’t think that happened. We purchased floor wipes and did it ourselves. With little ones wish there was a closer beach access, but it’s not a bad walk. The chairs and beach equipment was a great bonus!

Listing seemed deceiving

The property was in a convenient and pleasant neighborhood. Listing photos don’t match where the house actually is. Show’s a large yellow house in photos and there is not one near by. Check-in was a nightmare! We were not told that there was a different code for outside door and then had to wait around for someone to call us back with the correct info. We were then told it was in the email, but we searched and couldn’t find it anywhere. House was incredibly clean and had lots of games etc for teen entertainment. Downfall was no cable, so if you don’t have streaming logins of your own, you won’t be watching tv. Kitchen was well stocked. Seems like it’s more of a realtor issue than an owner issue because it would be 5 stars had it not been advertised wrong and info not provided correctly to us.
