I arrived to the house and there was no way of entry so I ended up having to pay more money to stay elsewhere. I believe this particular place to be a scam considering I’ve used this website for years and never had any issues. I’m definitely demanding a refund for a booking I never got to experience ”

“The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful.”

“The property was easy to get too. Was close to UMHB and that was perfect. Unfortunately the door cofe didnt work at first and we was late getting in the property by 4 hrs. The property manager was good at letting us know what was going on. She was very nice and the house was beautiful. Needs a little touch up here and there but its great for kids and teenagers. The barbie room was the best. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Great the hotel to stay only thing was the doors if you forget your key you gotta wait until someone comes and takes like 30 min to arrive there’s no people at the front desk during evening so that’s the only issue bedside that it’s perfect ”

“We booked 18 months ahead of time to visit during the 2024 total eclipse. Check in was a breeze and our entire stay was wonderful. The pool was just the right size and the hot tub a wonderful spot to hang out when a big downpour hit. The hosts have thought of every little detail-- toothbrushes and bathroom supplies like razors or shampoo if you forget yours; Keurig pods, a little snack bin, even pool toys, dog waste disposal bags and a large crate for those who travel with dogs.
