"This is one of the best experiences we’ve had at a hotel. Amazing hospitality and service. It was my birthday so they had prepared our room with flower petals, a cake and a bottle of wine. The staff were very attentive and efficient and the location in the old quarter was close to all attractions. Lovely pool area overlooking the lake as well as a great gym on the 11th floor, well equipped with great views.
Great breakfast with both Asian and western style dishes. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this hotel.
