“Wow! We loved the property! It was spotless and well equipped. It was organized and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our son. The area has great restaurants and shopping right outside the main door.”

“We could not be more pleased with our long weekend stay here. Before the trip, all communication was quick and seamless. Check in was easy. Two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room area, dining room, and full kitchen (with eat in table). Also, a walk in pantry! The bathroom was clean and stocked (couldn't figure out how to stop the tub for a bath but that didn't detract overall). The neighborhood was a great choice. Easy walking distance to grocery store (Jewel Osco),a a FANTASTIC diner...

“This may be the coolest spot we have stayed in years. I want the decorators info. Comfortable, well decorated, all the necessities, and close to so many great restaurants and events. Easy stroll to Lincoln square. We will be back”

“Our family (two kids 6, 10) stayed at Cozy nest this summer and it was a perfect trip. It’s literally half a block from great restaurants, shopping, the brown line, parks, etc. we decided to drive and had no issues parking week day or week end. The house was laid out well and clean. If you are looking for a stay in a classic Chicago neighborhood, this is a perfect spot to stay! ”
