“I was initially checked into a room which was not cleaned, with dead insects and food on the floor. Staff were helpful and moved us into another room, which while much cleaner, we soon found out the property had no TV service or hot water.”

“Checked in and was found a handicapped room on ground floor, as elevator wasn't working and I explained I could not carry all my heavy luggage up and down the stairs. When my sister turned down her bed the bed was wet thru the comforter, sheets, pad, and mattress. Called front desk and he came to look at it thinking only needed the bedding changed. Only other room was on 2nd floor with no elevator svc and lots of heavy luggage so we ended up sharing the other bed. I also requested a 5am wake up...
