“Very nice. Clean. Easy to find. Beautiful addition and character. Wi-Fi was a bit troublesome but worked. We loved the old original floors and the squeak in the master bedroom. Kitchen was very nice and decorated well. First hot shower had sulfur smell which is not uncommon with electric water heaters and well water that sit sometimes. Subsequent showers it was much better. Would stay there again regardless. Bluebonnets were coming up. Views over the water were amazing. Close to town if...

“We had a wonderful stay at this amazing little cabin in the heart of hill country. Morning views of a crystal clear lake with deer every morning and evening. It was wonderful to just sit on the back porch enjoying the views and the quiet atmosphere. They have the most comfortable beds with super soft linens. They really thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as can be. We can’t wait to stay again.”

“My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 12th wedding Anniversary. Such a great idea to change things up. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this cozy getaway. We had everything we needed to be able to fully enjoy ourselves. The owners were absolutely awesome in making sure we had a great stay and connected with us during our trip to give us some great pointers for local fare and things to do. “My grandchildren have not experienced camping in a tent. I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances. All was accomplished! Management was responsive to all needs and offered solutions. The property feels the pinch of no available workers. I find that is everywhere!”

“A cozy and quiet place in the forest with a sunrise view. We went with some of our friends and enjoyed . The only complaint I can find is that there was no toilet outside the room and if someone wanted to use the toilet, they had to wait until everyone was awake in the morning before they could go to the toilet.”

“Everything was clean and ready for us as soon as we got there . Judy was amazing and attentive . I was on crutches, but she was super accommodating the entire trip. She was always available whenever we needed something and checked in with us, as well. The property was beautiful and the lake was amazing . Would definitely come back out here !”

“This property is beautiful! It’s less than 15 minutes from Lago Vista, which has a grocery store and food places, and is about 10 minutes from a beautiful spot on Lake Travis. The property is quiet and beautiful, and the owner was very helpful and kind with check in and questions during our stay. One thing to be sure you are aware of is that there is no running water, and the bathroom is a port-a-potty. This was fine with us, but we didn’t see this detail before arriving. “We had a wonderful stay. The location is great - we could walk right over to Boat Town and enjoy a great meal or bring home take out. They have lots of TVs so watching the Final Four and Championship games were really fun. The house was comfortable and clean. The grill does not work, but everything else was in working order. “This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. It is a quiet area, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and I especially loved the soft and cozy quilts. We're keeping this one on our list for future trips to the area.”
