En lyxig friliggande havet villa med uppvärmd pool och fantastisk utsikt

La Sabana är en lyx 260m² villa på en upphöjd tomt (1200m²) med fantastisk fri utsikt över Medelhavet. Anlagda trädgårdar leder direkt ner till havet. Stranden ligger bara en kort gångväg och bara några steg från slutet av trädgården.
De tre våningar villa är fullt möblerade och luftkonditionerade (ingår i priset). Den rymliga öppen planlösning vardagsrum och stor matsal kök är anslutna till en veranda genom två stora altandörrar gör det mesta av den fantastiska öppna vyer. Verandan med sittande och matplats med utsikt över genomsnittet storlek uppvärmd pool och havet. En grill hörnet finns och det finns en diskret dusch i anslutning till poolen.
En TV i vardagsrummet samt en satellitmottagare, CD-spelare och ett äpple skåp finns. WiFi är tillgänglig (gratis). Pool uppvärmning under kalla årstiden är tillgänglig för hela perioden efter överenskommelse (Detta medför en avgift för hela perioden för att täcka kostnader).
Två av sovrummen, som har egna badrum, utsikt över havet och delar en havet balkong.
Det är avstängd parkeringsplatser (3 bilar).

End of summer holiday

We spent a fabulous ten days in this beautiful villa late August, early September 2024 whilst attending a family wedding. The villa had everything we could ask for and the view over the bay was spectacular both day and night. The outside space was particularly generous around the pool and eating area with an extended garden area leading down to a coastal path. The owner, Bee, was always available by email and responded very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and will hopefully return.

Cyprus holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa, the views are amazing. It was lovely to be able to walk down to the beach and swim in the sea which we did every day. We found the supermarket in Paphos very good and used Bolt taxis to get about. The turtle watching trip was excellent, and we had a great meal in Coral Bay on our last night. The villa itself had everything we needed and the pool was excellent.

Relaxing, beautiful

Property, facilities and location was fantastic. We had a lovely time sitting by the pool and taking in the lovely views and hot sun shine. We hired a car which allowed us to visit other beautiful locations. We were welcomed with some necessary essentials, thanks they were well appreciated. Couple of improvements that would have made the whole experience that much better are, the pool being far to hot plus the water made our costumes and towels yellow and the advice not to swim in the pool during the hottest part of the day was not helpful. One other issue was the AC which was on a timer and through the night when it was very hot we had to get up to turn back on which resulted in unbroken sleep, every night. The WiFi was poor and the TV options did not meet our expectations as we could only access Netflix. We did not go on holiday to watch TV but what was advertised was not what was available. We feel that the above comments have previously been highlighted but obviously not addressed. Positives were the speed of the team responding to any issues and fantastic communications pre holiday and during our stay (Bee). Overall a Lovely stay and great accommodation and location.

Beautiful

I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful villa. It is modern, clean and well maintained set in beautiful grounds with superb views out to the sea and mountains with a great pool. We hired a car, but there is a regular bus service into both Coral Bay and Pathos which we used in the evenings. The sea you beach bar which is a ten minute walk is well worth a visit to watch a stunning sunset over a few drinks. The owner Bee was instantly contactable to deal with any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

Beautiful villa with the most amazing views. The outdoor pool area is spacious with different areas to relax with shady areas which was very much appreciated because the weather was very hot whilst we were there. A very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The air con was great to have as it was very hot at night. The welcome pack was very helpful as our flight was delayed and we arrived late to the villa. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa and cannot wait to return Thanks Bee for letting us celebrate my 60th Birthday in your stunning villa.

Destination Wedding Week

This was a great spot for our group of four couples to attend a wedding in Paphos (about a 15 min taxi) followed by three wonderful vacation days. The location is perfect and Dee is the ultimate host.

Family reunion

This property was absolutely beautiful. Perfectly located close to restaurants, shops and a very short walk to the Mediterranean Sea. Our family met from different countries for our stay and had an amazing time. The added bonus was all the different fruit trees on the property. Fresh peaches, lemons and apricots everyday! Bee was very quick to respond to messages and is a wonderful host. Thank you! We will definitely return to this property next time we visit Cyprus.

Great Location, Amazing Views

Location is brilliant, views are fabulous. 20 Min drive from Pathos Airport and very easy to find. Quiet road, but within easy driving distance to Pathos, Pathos Old Town, Coral Bay. The owner Bee is great and at all times she is easy to get hold of and comes back straight away.

Superb property, well equipped, wonderful location. Views and sounds of the ocean are brilliant. Very conveniently located for both the coral bay area and the paphos mall and marina. Bee (the owner) was lovely and very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at this villa.

Fantastic views

Just back from a family holiday, The outdoor space, BBQ & pool area are the big attraction of this amazing villa. Very well equipped and great space for 8 adults. Communication with Bee was very efficient and clear. Sea you beach bar & restaurant well worth a visit especially around sunset with cocktails and dinner and within walking distance. Went to Harmony restaurant about 1km from villa which had a great traditional atmosphere and great food. We also visited Latchi which had plenty of boat trip companies going to Blue Lagoon (great trip out which was 3 hours) with restaurants on the Marina for lunch and had spectacular viewpoints on the journey to Latch by car.. Totally recommend this villa.

Ein zauberhafter Platz am Meer

Nach umfangreicher Kommunikation mit Bee im Vorfeld konnten wir völlig problemlos „La Sabana“ für eine Woche (leider nur eine!) zu „unserem Zuhause“ machen! Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man als Familie braucht und noch viel mehr! Das Grundstück ist außergewöhnlich liebevoll gestaltet und gleicht einem botanischen Garten mit (fast) allem, was man als Nord-Europäer an mediterranen Pflanzen liebt. Es ist schon eine Freude, zwischen Zitrusbäumen und Palmen zum direkt angrenzenden Küstenweg zu gehen, der einen in wenigen Minuten zu zwei schönen Stränden führt. Wir verlebten eine traumhafte Woche mitten im Oktober, wozu nicht nur das hochsommerliche Wetter und ein karibisch warmes Meer beitrugen. Allein der Start in den Tag auf der großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Panoramablick über den beheizten (war gar nicht nötig!) Pool auf das Meer und die Küste waren schon genial. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche bietet weit mehr als nur die Voraussetzungen für ein umfangreiches Frühstück. Allein der gewaltige Kühlschrank verführte zu umfangreicheren Koch-Experimenten mit frischem Fisch aus dem nahegelegenen Supermarkt Philippos, den Bee uns empfahl. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr!! Familie Reimer-/Nießen Peine/Deutschland

Amazing Holiday

We had a fantastic holiday at this lovely villa. We traveled as an extended family with ages ranging from 9 to 75. The villa was perfect for our needs especially the outside space, there is plenty of room by the pool or in the shade on the terrace and the view from the villa is amazing whether during the day, sunset or watching the lights twinkle on the hill side at night time. It is just a short walk out the back of the property to a great beach perfect for an early morning swim or a cocktail or 2 at the bar (sea View Bar) watching the sunset. Bee is a great host, providing us with accurate directions and check in instructions. She always responded promptly to any questions and was always so helpful. We had bbqs most nights after shopping at Philippos (great supermarket) but we did go to Samisen in Coral Bay which is really good and the show the chef puts on whilst cooking is such a laugh! If you are thinking of doing a turtle watching trip then we can thoroughly recommend going with Atlantis (Paphos harbour) the owner of the boat is so enthusiastic and passionate about the turtles, it was a great trip with lunch/dinner at Theo's on the harbour afterwards!

Amazing villa, excellent location and breath taking views

We booked this holiday as 6 friends and we all wanted a relaxing break in the sun. We were collected from the airport by Andy, this was arranged through Bee, he started our holiday by offering us all a nice cold beer for the short journey to the villa which was most welcomed after the flight. We arrived at the villa and obtained access to the key as instructed, upon entering we were amazed by the villa and the views are breath taking. The villa is spacious and has everything you need, we paid for the pool to be heated which was definitely money well spent. We practically lived outside, and completely relaxed by the pool most days. Bee had 3 seating areas, we would use the one by the BBQ for our lunches and then the evening we would use the other table and remain there playing cards and other games. The beach bar... See you is definitely worth a visit the cocktails are amazing, food is good and their live music acts are great. We visited Coral Bay for a couple of evenings and used Andy again, only 15 euros and always on time. Contact from Bee before,during and after our stay was instant and nothing was to much trouble. The pool man came to clean the pool and the cleaner also came halfway through our stay to change bedding and clean around the villa. The Gardner also paid a visit, the gardens and outside area are kept to a very high standard. You can walk to the beach bar from the rear of the villa and the walk along the beach was lovely but I would only recommend during daylight, walk the road way home and stop off and pick up an ice cream from the shop on the way home. We all completely loved our stay and it suited us perfectly as we just wanted a complete relaxed time. We will definitely be back. Thanks very much Bee.

Great location and wonderfull house

We had a great holiday here. The location is stunning and we enjoyed the House and pool area. The owner Bee is very helpfull and responds quickly to every question you May have. We would love to Come back, and can give it our highest recomendations.

Lovely spacious villa in good location and outstanding views

Booked this villa having had our original one cancelled. Whist frustrating at the time we were all glad it happened as this is a great property in a stunning location with easy access to Coral Bay and Paphos (car recommended). The view from the master bedroom and pool in particular is stunning. Facilities inside and out were good and plentiful. The detailed instructions and recommendations were much appreciated as this was our first visit to Cyprus. We will return.

Lovely!

This is an exceptionally well-equipped villa with breathtaking sea views. The pool area is stunning and was certainly put to good use by our grand children. This was our third visit to La Sabana and this time we had pool heating as we were a little earlier in the year. I would recommend this as it makes the pool more enjoyable on cloudier/windy days. There is a little beach a few minutes walk away and Coral Bay is a short drive. Theo's bar is five minutes walk which serves great food and drinks and there is a small play area. Lots of restaurants in Coral bay and surrounding villages. Bee was really helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. A great holiday.
