“The hotel was amazing! There’s no microwave inside our room but they sent us one to our room upon our request. The only downside was that there were not much options for entertainments nearby only the Casino and the Casino doesn’t have much gambling options and easily lose money quickly:(”
“We expected a 5-star experience, but this felt more like a 90s cruise ship with dated interiors and heavy carpeting. Most frustrating was the persistent sewer smell from our toilet; we asked for help, but the issue was never resolved. Also, the "infinity pool" is a stretch—it’s just a standard pool with a restricted view. Definitely not the luxury standard we were looking for.”
