On the Ground Level of this beautifully traditional Outer Banks home, take advantage of the Covered Carport before relaxing at the picnic table in the downstairs Patio. There is a new bedroom and bath on the ground floor featuring a queen bed, large TV, and desk area for computer work if needed - with a separate entrance off the pool area. Upstairs, the whole family can get some sleep in the Queen Master Bedroom, the Queen Bedroom, and the Bedroom with twin beds. Gather round for family movie night in the Living Area with a Flat Screen TV and easy access to the Furnished Sundeck where you can enjoy the smell of an ocean breeze and the sounds of life at the beach. Prepare a fantastic seafood dinner in the modern Kitchen to eat as a family in the well-lit, gorgeous Dining Area, which seats 10, or at the Breakfast Bar with stool seating for 5. If you'd rather eat outside, the Old Nags Head-Style Covered Porch has plenty of comfortable seating and a picnic table as well as a hammock for living the ideal beach life while you allow the sounds of the ocean to wash over you. And when you're ready to take in a spectacular view of the ocean, head on up to the Crow's Nest for views of the foliage and the Atlantic Ocean.

Since this home is located in Southern Shores, the fun and exciting adventures that the Outer Banks have to offer are only a short walk or drive away. For an educational experience that is fun for the whole family, head South to Kill Devil Hills and stop by the Wright Brothers National Memorial where you'll learn about North Carolina's history of aviation.
