Honest review from a family of 6:Overall the house was cleaned well (a few items clearly worn and stained), and very well designed - it’s a beautiful house. Unfortunately the layout is not well thought out - you cannot access the backyard without going out the front door and around to the back. But lots of space for a big group and a cool bunk room for the kids. The kitchen needs a ton of items restocked - so don’t expect to have use of a full kitchen unless management takes care of that. We had to call numerous times to have kitchen essentials delivered which ruined our dinner plans for a few nights. Management did try to get things in order however it’s not helpful when it takes 24 hours to get missing items. So hopefully that won’t be an issue when they do inventory next. I would not say this property is super family friendly for those with toddlers and younger. Mostly because stairways are wide and no baby gates are available to fit that space. Biggest flop:Master bedroom mattress needs to go! I’m not sure about the other beds but for the master bedroom mattress to be so uncomfortable, it’s not providing guests adequate rest. Location was great and backyard set up was really nice! We enjoyed the hot tub and loved that the pool got sun for a majority of the day. We likely would not rent this property again because of the lacking family friendly aspects but if they can replace some mattresses and get the kitchen items in order it would be a great spot for a group!
